Bought an item online for pickup next day. They called me saying didn’t have in stock so they will send it to me, great! But they tried to scam me and sent the $29 look alike item and I paid $74, without any words. I proceed to call them and the cashier told me that’s not their problem because it’s online order, the she transfer me to another person to check the item availability and hang up on me. Manager had me on hold for 20+ minute just to say: I’ll leave the item on front. No one took responsibility or apologize for the mistakes. I stopped going to that store before and I made the mistake to go back again.Go to Lowe’s on Baptist road instead to avoid headaches and the worst customer service and Managment

Bethel Park Home Depot, I went to ask for help because the lumber was missing price tags and when I asked two employees standing around for help, the two employees just stared at me till I gave a dismissive look at them and walked away. Even if they couldn’t help me, they could have found an employee who could. I received much better help at Lowes when I bought clamps from them. I should probably spend more time and money at Lowes. This is my first negative Google review.

I walked into this place today and immediately was accosted by the loud sounds of a barking, useless animal. It was so loud, I couldn't even think. I just turned around and left. I had too much to think about and the noise was unbelievable. I went to Lowe's and spent my money there.This place is not a home improvement store, it's a kennel.

I go there to take a ballet class. Just started and I love it. The historical building is beautiful. First time I've been in it just started the class but the building is awesome! I can't wait to see it in the daytime and explore all it's beauty with all the historical values in it. But I can tell you what their night time ballet classes and they're different. Movement classes is just awesome and their adult classes are very reasonably priced and definitely well worth it

The Bethel Park location is a small Home Depot. Because of that they are limited in the selection of items in each department. However, they have many departments so they usually have what I need. The employees are always helpful and friendly.

Where do I even begin. I rented a carpet cleaner from this Home Depot on 7/3. This included a refundable deposit, carpet solution, and then I would be charged for the amount of time I rented it out. First off, the cleaner lifted maybe 50% of the stain. When I returned it the next day, the girl working said "yeah they don't really work". Love that. She was kind enough to refund me for the solution and told me my deposit would be refunded in the next few business days. Fast forward a few weeks later, no refund. Called my bank. No refund.First attempt at calling Home Depot. The girl working had no idea what was going on, so I was transferred to the manager who was kind (I wish I remembered his name). He asked if we could do a gift card and I said no I never shop there and I'm owed the deposit from the original form of payment (says on the contract). He said corporate can send a check. So I gave him all my info. He told me It would arrive within the next 2 weeks. 4 weeks later, nothing. Called Home Depot. I was told I'd get a call back in the afternoon. Nothing. Called again a few days later and spoke to a "Customer Experience Manager" named Joshua.The "Customer Experience Manager" (hilarious) Joshua, was terrible. Dollar General type of customer service. He told me that the policy is no refunds only gift cards. I said right, for things people buy in the store and want to return. This is a deposit that is owed to me. I asked about my check from corporate and he said they don't do that. He clarified that wasn't the policy and that can't happen. Okay, so why did the manager go through all of that if that wasn't policy? He just sent me a gift card and told me to dispute the charge.This is terrible customer service all around. I realize many people don't want to work these days but you have to find competent people to run your business. Otherwise, don't open one.That is all. Thank you Chase for crediting my money back. I've been at the Garden area and it was minimal, disorganized, and while it was busy and it was in the middle of the day, the check out was closed so had to go inside to pay. Normally Home Depot staff is very friendly and eager to help, here I found quite the opposite.

18 months of hell. We purchased a standard door and screen door and a large French door with sidelights for a window to door conversion. 4 doors and 18 months later, because they couldn't MEASURE and did not know how to install, we finally settled and got an outside installer. 18 months, through 0 degree winter weather, we had a 107" x 82" hole in our house. All while we were making monthly payments! Then the Bridgeville managers would not extend the 24 month 0% interest promo so that we could pay them off without interest. Pics are AFTER installation by HD Bridgeville. Clearly no idea how to frame in a new pre-hung door into a rough opening. BUYER BEWARE! NEVER AGAIN!

We recently had a water leak in our bathroom. This Home Depot staff was incredibly helpful with getting all the materials I needed to fix the wall where the plumbing took place. Staff took time to cut down the drywall, as well as locating the items needed, including ceramic tile, which many places don't carry anymore. Thank you to your amazing staff helping me get in and out with less than 45 minutes compared to the two other stores I went to. I can't thank you enough.

The Home Depot here is very well-stocked and staffed, based upon my visit 2 weeks ago. I picked up some paving sand. The cashier was very proper and respectful. It was a delight to do business.

There was a worker named Suzanne, who had in followed me around the store and then whenever I had gotten the self check out, I still had items to scan, and she kept on hitting pay. Now whenever I told her I didn’t need any help in the please leave she proceeded to stand over my shoulder and say comments under her breath, such as.” someone just like you will just steal everything.” And other comments like “do I need to get the cops involved” then proceeded to stand over my shoulder more and wouldn’t leave me alone after I asked her to get out of my personal space, and the please leave me alone four times.

Came in to get critter ridder repellant. Had a medium sized back pack on because I was on my way to work and right away, I felt like I was getting judged by the employees right when I walked in because they thought I was going to steal something and put it in the backpack. Employees and managers in this generation judge people way too quickly especially in this particular store. Unless someone physically watches someone put stuff in their backpack, bag or just walk out the door without paying then the employees shouldn’t assume right away. Terrible customer service.

This store is always neat and clean. Always able to get help when i have questions. Curbside pick up is nice for easy pick ups on the way home. Even buying online and picking up in store saves time. Even have vehicles that you can rent to take larger products home if you do not have an appropriate vehicle.

Waited for 5 minutes for someone to come to the electrical department. No one around so went to customer service and put out a call for help in electrical. Another 10 minutes later no one arrived so I cut my own wire then the cashier had an attitude with me. All while 3 employees stood near the front talking and there were 6 employees in one aisle putting screws away. Here’s an idea, you’re not open from 9pm-6am, maybe stock the shelves then and the employees could actually assist during the day. I only go here anymore when sunray is out of what I need. Absolutely horrible.

This location is a bit smaller than some of the gigantic big box hardware stores. That is a good thing for navigating the store, but sometimes their selection is not as good as the bigger stores. Staff is always friendly and the merchandise is always well organized.

I had a 5 star plus CustomerExperience at the Bethel store today. Tall and lanky Bill in the lawn and garden dept spent an hour troubleshooting an issue with my grass and weed trimmer. He was able to solve the issue much to my satisfaction with his patience, persistence and expertise.

We purchased a Frigidaire 8/28/22 by Judy Keller , appliance specialist, she was helpful, informative, and very patient with all my questions, the appliance arrived on said due date of Sept 16 by two very professional, respectful, efficient delivery person. I'm very please with Home Depot and wanted to share my positive feedback , I highly recommend them.

The only reason I am taking off one star is due to the size, there are some items missing that larger HD stores would have...namely for me Cinder Blocks.Generally enough staff and willing to help. Special shout out to the young men working the mulch in the spring and summer - they keep it moving.

The people who work there have always been nice and extremely helpful with my questions, but their stock tends to be lacking and it seems that every trip there will result in me leaving without one or two items due to an empty shelf. Also some things sit on the shelves for very long periods of time, so check to make sure that your hand tools are not damaged before buying them; I have ended up with more than one rusted shovel or garden tool straight out of the store. They are good with returns/exchanges, but it is still unnecessary trouble.

I had to exchange a small freezer at Bethel Home Depot upon entering the store a exceptional employee came right to me to make the exchange. This employee was the way I think everyone coming in the store should be treated. Very happy with my experience ☺️
