Love this store. Since I recently moved back to this area after being away for 30 years I have been shopping more regularly at this Petco location. The other day I met a sweet woman whose name I believe was Angie. We had a nice conversation about our cats and she gave me good tips on how to determine my cat from trying to get out the door. Use loud noises and deterrent and I have been doing just that. I think it might save his life. Thank you Angie! You have beautiful kitties and I really enjoyed talking with you. Sometimes you meet someone who you know is a special angel in this world and Angie is one of those people.

0/10. Very bizarre experience with sneaky charges and terrible customer service. My sisters groomer is on maternity leave atm at another location. She got her dog groomed here a couple weeks ago no issue. Today is a different story. She took her dog for a bath and groom for $58. The blonde girl with curly hair tells her they have to add on $15.99 brushing and said it had to be done and they add it on automatically. (No it doesn’t and they did not last grooming) Lie #1 . The dog is a small short haired breed that does not require or need 30 minutes of brushing. So she called corporate bc that sounded strange. adding extra fees when the customer doesn’t want or request it. corporate confirmed that 15 minutes of brushing was included in the $58 price. So my sister comes back to store asks for a manager and he proceeds to say “ corporate doesn’t know what they’re talking about , they sit behind a desk and know nothing. “ The girl proceeds to “laugh nervously “ and tells my sister “sorry she can’t afford our prices.” It was never about money considering she tips $35-40 per grooming. Again Very bizarre, terrible customer service I would go to the many other groomers in the area who are actually transparent on prices and have respect for their customers.

Used to shop here regularly. Now they won't let you check out if you don't way to sign up for their program. Literally won't take no for an answer. Told them no three times and they still insisted I take the paperwork for it. Pet Supplies Plus is just as close and they didn't act like this.

We get all of our pet needs here and this store never disappoints! Especially our last visit! We're vital pet members for ten dollars a month and we get a free bag of cat food for every ten we buy, we buy a lot with our five cats! But last time we were supposed to be on our free bag but I guess due to a technical glitch it didn't show up on our membership but the manager made it so we did get our free bag with no hassle!! Which I appreciate, I didn't want to be a Karen and would've paid but she was wonderful and corrected the issue! We're here about every week for litter and food and we're always treated with a smile and genuine compassion for our business! This is a store with some of the best employees I've ever met that always make me want to come back! Always feel welcome and they go above and beyond! The store is also handicapped accessible and kid and pet friendly! They almost always have everything in stock we need!! Will continue recommending this Petco to everyone!!

I love this store. Come here all the time for fish and dog food. Employees are always helpful. There's two guys and a girl I always see in the fish section that are really knowledgeable and helpful. Definitely a go to for aquatics and they always seem to get new stuff in all the time.

It was a large store. Clean for the most part besides some of the small critters. Some needed cleaned out real bad as we could easily see and smell what has been piling up. Good selection on cat, dog, and fish. Not so much for critters such as hamsters. They do have cats as well available for adoption.

I bought 12 large crickets. These were great, healthy crickets. My tarantula usually eats all 12, she did not finish this batch.I also bought a new kind of biscuit for my dog. She really likes them. My only complaint was that the biscuits were on special and only one bag was left.

Multiple fish tanks had dead fish. If not dead they were sick with with clouded eyes and white spots all over their fins and bodies. If these fish are put into customers personal tanks they could make whole fish tanks of fish sick or possibly die.. The gerbils had barely any bedding which causes a lot of stress and unhapiness for them since they are burrowing animals. I wasn't in the store very long but multiple animals seemed to not be taken care of properly or had the environment they required to feel safe, comfortable, or happy.

I absolutely love the grooming staff!! The always make me feel like I'm taking my baby to a family member to get groomed. I know my fur baby is in good hands with them. The ladies really does a great job grooming. They are all so very professional, friendly and approachable. I will not go anywhere else!!

We love Petco. Bethany is a great trainer and our Kona loves going there. The staff is always friendly and greets every animal. We did puppy play time and she loved that! I've also done online ordering delivered to store and it was smooth and easy.

Staff has been helpful though not always perfect. I was getting into fish only to find my fish had died within a day. The guy in the store recommended a pair of dwarf gourami and I've had them now for a year. Like Betta fish these guys can breathe air from the top of the tank. This led to me figuring out I had the air pump set way too low for normal fish. I felt horrible about my earlier fish. However, these two fish would fight constantly. I did further research on them and found out males often won't tolerate another in the same tank but, are fine with other fish. I bought a 2nd 10 gallon tank to separate them and later added Neon Tetras to the one tank and Cory's to the other and everyone gets along. I brought the fighting up with the guy who helped me and he said yep they can be like that. The staff do genuinely try to help you though you will likely have to do more research on your own. They also will exchange your dead fish for the first 30 days as long as you keep your receipt, freeze the fish, and bring in a sample of your water.

My dog had a reaction to the lymes disease shot and is limping now and it's been over a month...they were not like other Petros I went to, bad location and poor customer service for the pup. Won't be going back to this location.

I use petco for most everything including being a premier petco customer & grooming. Sometimes they are out of the large size dog food I use but other than that, I love Petco & so do our pups

The pet care here is concerning. I’ve seen young bearded dragons sick and kept with older ones, leading to injuries. They’re kept on sand which one has clearly ingested and isn’t doing well. The leopard geckos are kept in the same type of set up as a bearded dragon with no humid hide. Guinea pigs are kept in tiny enclosures. I called the pet care concern line and they hung up on me.

We had to make two trips because of a rather large purchase that we could not fit everything in the vehicle on one trip. On the first trip we worked with John and Carol, they were both great. Very helpful, very informative on the animals and the products. On the second trip we dealt with Cass. Cass had absolutely no people skills at all and was very rude. Cutting people off in mid sentence, didn't seem to care about her customers at all, and felt like she was rushing everyone out the door. Cass is the type of employee you do not want running your cash register because it leaves a bad last impression of the store. If not for Cass you would have 5 stars.

I ordered online. An hour later I received an email saying it was ready! I pulled up to the store and called. I waited a few min and they brought it out. So easy and very nice to not have to go into the store. Great Customer Service! And this brand of guinea pig bedding is 1/3 of the cost of the brand I usually buy. The guinea pigs seem to like it so I will continue to buy it.
