We came with the whole family to buy a ferret, collected everything necessary for his life in the store, but when we came for the ferret, the manager says that the price has changed by $ 100 more, we left the store perplexed by this situation (when he told this news, it is unclear to us from where he took this price), calling the same stores prices are the same everywhere $ 349. The next day, when I went to the same store, I saw that the price had not changed, they say that there was a problem in the computer yesterday, but the manager did not look at the computer, he just announced a new price to us when we were going to pick it up. As for the buyer, the situation is not clear why he said so

They should either take better care of the Beta fish or stop selling them. They need bigger containers and the water changed more frequently. Most of them were dead or sick. It is so inhumane because they are living creatures. I hope they don't just dispose of all the dead ones so no one knows the high amount of them that are dying.

Steph does a wonderful job with Tucker! The discounts used to be much better last year 2022 than they were this year. It is $75 for the full spa treatment for him this year I only received 10% off the grooming charge $5.50 & nothing off of the up-charge of $20 for the full spa treatment .

The employees working at the Bethel Park, PA store saved my dog’s life! When I was bathing my dogs in the pet wash, one of them slipped away from me and ran out of the store. The employees working today, jumped into action like a SWAT team. They ran after her, stopped incoming cars, and helped me capture and get her safely in my car. I am stunned by their care, dedication, and training. I am forever grateful to these employees for saving my dog from danger. They deserve recognition for their act of service and kindness to a stranger with a crazy dog.

Very busy week, out of dog food for my little girl!! I went online to Pet Supplies Plus and ordered her food to be delivered. Placed the order very late on Wednesday. The food was on my porch, wrapped securely, waiting for me when I got home. Hannah never missed a morsel! Thank you, PSP!!!❤

I came in for a snail and crickets. team members were very friendly and informative. I was disappointed that Pet Supplies Plus had so, so many cats that my allergies were immediately bothered upon entering the store. In addition, that the store carries fish, but NOT snails for aquariums. I was also disappointed that when I went to transfer crickets into my container there were several already deceased. I will return to this location for crickets in the future and be more vigilant about what is given to me prior to purchase- only because the team members were so happy, friendly and informative. The customer service at this store is absolutely outstanding!

Katie was amazing with our dog Gigi! We didn’t have an appointment and walked in hoping they would be able to take her and she was more than willing to! We waited maybe 15 minutes before she took our dog. She was so kind and hospitable. We will definitely be making appointments with HER in the future. Thank you Katie!

I find a large selection of pet food, cat litter, toys for my cats, and I even bought them a water fountain. The prices of the food are good. I like the large food selection. My cats are picky

Review photo of incident..BOTCHED EAR AT GROOMING SALON.NEVER ever going back. I took my dog in for grooming, came back to a botched ear. The groomer, Rose was carless and obviously lacks training, as well as other groomers. Can't even clip nails properly. The groomer minimized what had happened, saying repeatedly that this happens all the time. NO, it doesn't, my dog had never had any issues with getting groomed, and she's 6 years old. She then told me that it was my dogs fault for moving her head when she was handling clippers.Do your pet a favor, and go elsewhere for services.Review photo of incident.

If I could give these people 0 stars I would. I have never dealt with such rude managers in my life, and none of the employees know what they are doing.On several occasions, I was given the wrong change back, I wouldn’t be surprise if they weren’t losing money from there. I had my husband turn around and walk the money back into the store, not to many people would do that. Yet, they treated my husband like an idiot, mean while they’re giving free money away.And then, I was charged twice for one purchase, once when checking out, and then again, in the middle of the night after the store was closed!I tried going into the store to dispute the charge explaining the money was taken from my card during the night while they were closed, which overdrawn the card and I was penalized for it. I only use the card for small purchases.I was confronted with a rude manager named blue and was told to come back in three days, if my money wasn’t returned. And of course it wasn’t returned. My husband called the store, spoke with the manager and he was told for me to come back to the store to get my money.I was given twice the amount of money I was owed and was rudely told not to ever comeback to the store. By the time I realized they once again, gave me to much money, I can’t even go back into the store to kindly return it. So weird!!

I used the VIP Petcare at the store today to get my cat up to date on vaccines and have a check-up. It was a fantastic experience. There were 3 people on staff. All were very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. When I got there, there were 2 others in front of me but the wait wasn't long. It was such an easy process and I'm pretty sure it was cheaper than my vet.I also did some shopping for supplies and all of the employees were super friendly too.

We do the grooming package for nails, bath, brush teeth and ear cleaning. A little price but very convenient. The girls there are very nice and helpful.
