This pharmacy staff is top notch. Every employee interaction I have had has been great. Any time I have had a question about a prescription, whether it be over the phone or in person, the staff is always polite and helpful. I've experienced other places where the staff have such attitude when a customer has a question but not once have I been treated like that here. I had to transfer some of my prescriptions to a different pharmacy due to CVS no longer being in network with my insurance but kept one prescription here that only CVS has consistently had in stock due to shortages, having to pay out of pocket because of that. The staff is so helpful in making sure I am getting my medication at the lowest cost. I appreciate them. I would recommend this location without a doubt.

First of all, during our last visit prior to yesterday, the pharmacy overcharged us for the same prescription that we had filled in January of 2023 by $38. my wife called the pharmacist out on it and he became arrogant and claimed it was right, and then I immediately sent her back to the pharmacy with the previous receipt for the same rx and same number of days for proof and they issued us a refund, so he was wrong and didn't apologize. Yesterday afternoon about 445 pm I went to pick up 3 Rxs and was hoping to get a Vaccine, DPAT, the counter girl told Mike the pharmacist that I was waiting and he rudely asked her if I had an online appointment and she answered "no" , he then said he wouldn't do it, I immediately told him CVS advertises you don't need an appointment for vaccinations, he still refused, I told him "never mind, I'll go to Walgrens" and he said "GO RIGHT AHEAD" ; It is a shame that a long loyal customer gets rudely treated, it is a reflection on CVS brand, shame on the whole organization.

Since I first started to get prescriptions several years ago from the Library Road CVS, I have been pleased with their service and their helpful staff. Their staff are friendly and helpful, and by my third visit, they knew my name when I came in. Even by phone, they were knowledgeable and helped to answer my questions. I will certainly continue to go to CVS in the future. Kudos to them!

I'd visit this store because it was right down the street. Easy to get in and out. Always very nice staff. There is one pharmacist who was always very helpful.
