Slow service. Always seems understaffed and prescriptions are not ready even when receiving a message saying that they are . The ready fill program is a joke . They will even admit that they only fill those if they have time if not they expedite them and make you wait another 10-20 minutes for something that should have been ready.

This is the absolute worst pharmacy. It's run by extremely incompetent people and pharmacist. Avoid it all costs. If I didn't know better, I'd swear someone is stealing all of the prescriptions and reselling them because they are never in stock with anything. It doesn't matter what your prescription is for. They are always out of stock and you never find out about it until you access the CVS app and see that your prescription is on hold. If you actually get them to answer the phone after waiting on hold for an hour, they'll tell you it's out of stock and no CVS within the 20 mile radius has it in stock. Then miraculously they'll call you the next day to tell you your prescription is ready. If they are out of stock of something, they just place your script on hold and they never actually order it until you call into inquire about it. Then when you call in, you're going to be on hold for an hour because they don't answer their phone. I'm transferring my prescriptions back to CVS in Target West Mifflin. This place is a joke.

We had to switch to CVS for our insurance program, and I am greatly disappointed in the service we receive at the pharmacy. Medications are always out of stock because the truck didn't show up. Apparently the truck doesn't show up at the other local CVSs because we're told the drug is out of stock in a 20 mile radius. I don't think they care about their customers' health and welfare.

Most important for me in a pharmacy: being able to get my medications. On time. How, when they are completely unresponsive?! Unfilled online orders- requests to refill, never responded to. Last few weeks every time I call, after about 10-20 minutes of hold, it disconnects!!! Should not be this hard to fill my meds!

AVOID this pharmacy! This is by far the worst pharmacy ever found! The answering phone service for prescriptions is terrible...it just hangs up on you after you have hit 10 numbers to get the medications you want to add. Then, no one ever lets you know you need meds again, even though you are in the system to receive notices! There is no staff and no pharmacists available by phone EVER! Do NOT go there for medications...AWFUL!

Unresponsive!!! Go somewhere else!!! Stupid, repeat waiting recordings. You, your health, and your money deserve better attention. I feel sorry for the "qualified pharmacists". Well, maybe they need to phone in like we all do, and just see the ridiculousness that we wait and listen to. NO MORE SCRIPTS FOR ME AT CVS!!!

I agree with all of the recent comments about long wait times and poor service. I called 3 times today and was put on hold for 15 minutes each time and still no one picked up. I stopped in and they told me that my script was put on hold because it wasn't covered by insurance (although I was never notified by them) and that it would be a long time before it was ready. They also told me it would be over $40. I had the same script filled at the Allison Park CVS a year ago and it was less than $7. The pharmacist spoke to me and said to go buy it over the counter which still would have cost me over $32. I called the Allison Park CVS and they are filling it for $5 and I can pick it up when I am in that neighborhood next week. I never received an apology for the long wait times on the phone, just that they are very busy and short staffed and had numerous scripts to fill. There was only one other person waiting when I was there.

My office calls in multiple scripts for patients on a regular basis. My customers always have issues with the staff. When talking to the pharmacy he's very passive aggressive, rude, and uneducated. This pharmacy is extremely unprofessional and unreliable. They create more problems for me and my office staff.

Awful service. Called and was put into a queue for over 34 minutes, no one ever picked up. I don't know why people waste their time with CVS pharmacies. I get it that staffing issues abound in the industry because I work in it, but this is completely unacceptable. Hire more staff so that your employees can actually help people.

Either they are understaffed or incompetent. Long wait times for prescription refill, whether inside or in drive through. Been attempting to get a particular refill for several weeks. Also when you call the store and select speak to pharmacy, it puts you on hold for 5 minutes or longer (or up to 30 minutes) and then disconnects. Horrible service.

Took my son yo urgent care 515pm Sunday. Waited 15 min, saw Dr for 15 min. Was given an rX for steroid that she wanted us to start same night. Sent the rX electronically to this CVS in Bethel Park and we raced there - as they closed at 6pm. MADE IT 555pm, and the Pharmacist and techs could not have been more pleasant, helpful and never once made me feel rushed. I left another grocery store pharmacy because of how llooonnnnggg it took to fill prescrptions - CVS Bethel Park is fast, efficient and AWESOME!

Horrible service. EVERY WORKER IS INCOMPETENT. They are rude. They don’t fill scripts that have been filled before. They expect the customer to do the work of finding the script. Obviously by reading the reviews this is an ongoing issue! Sure hope someone does something about this.

They should really change their store hours online (where the store hours claimed to have been updated 2 days ago by the business), their automated system you’re connected to when you call AND the CVS app which ALL say they’re open until 10 pmThe only way you find out is when you show up at 9:02 pm after checking ALL THREE of these sources for hours and have the extremely inconsiderate manager with the short blonde bob come running up to you as you start to look and yell at you that their closed even though their store doors are open.Maybe as a person who is supposed to be in a position of leadership as a “manager” would realize these very OBVIOUS reasons why someone would think you were open and not assume that your customers can magically know your store hours based on the sign with the change to store hours posted in extremely light, poorly written handwriting without having to drive out of your way to find this out. But instead of realizing that people are unaware you’re closed thanks to YOUR careless lack of attention to details and handling the situation in a professional way by expressing a sincere apology, she chose to come aggressively and very rudely at me as if I had done something so wrong.I highly DO NOT recommend this location. Take the extra 10 min it takes to drive to the Washington Rd. location where the employees are actually considerate of their customers.And for a “health oriented” large chain corporation, you would think one of their priorities would be making sure their store hours are consistently and accurately updated for the welfare of their customers that they are carelessly doubling their risk of exposure to COVID-19 by causing multiple trips people have to take based on their incorrect store information.

I called to check on my prescription and the guy that answered the phone sounded like he was completely wasted… I’m pretty sure that I’m going to have my prescription called to another location because I don’t trust drunk people handling my medication

Came here to get a passport photo taken, it was then rejected because they weren’t updated on the standards. Never again, don’t bother and get it done at the Post Office.
