I had a great time at this good will. I found some lacy shirts to diy. Just what I was looking for! I also found a cute vegan tote bag. Staff was nice.

The prices are very high for Goodwill. Used t-shirts and faded pajamas are $7.99 ??? I couldn't believe it. I just shopped at beautiful thrift stores in Lancaster and lovely gently used clothes for half that price . I won't be returning. It was different years ago.

My husband and I are frequent Good Will shoppers ...We went to this Good Will this past Sunday & it was particularly busy . I found a Wilton pan that I wanted to purchase. When I got to the register I was told that I could not purchase it because it was missing a tag ...What ??? It wasn't my fault that there was no tag ... The person at the register was a man with a tag that said, Assistant Manager ... He was quick to point out that on the counter that there was a sign that said that you could not buy an item that did not have a sticker ... Certainly, a price and a sticker could be created ... We are in a GOOD WILL store and not a Macy's Department Store ! This is without a doubt the stupidest policy that I have ever seen anywhere . Who makes up these policies anyway ??? They had a buyer for an item but wouldn't sell it...

I loved this goodwill. Everything was organized and sorted properly and I found SO many goodies. I didn’t find the staff to be very friendly but all my good finds made up for that.

We found a great item that unfortunately did not have a sticker. We wanted to purchase the item so we took it to the checkout counter. The younger male employee that "helped" us was extremely unfriendly. We handed him the item that we wanted to purchase. After informing him that it had no sticker he just tossed it into a bin and said, "You can't buy this, the item needs to go back into processing." We have been to many other Goodwill's and when this has happened before the employee kindly worked to figure out the price and still sell us the item. This employee put no effort into resolving the matter and his attitude was poor.

Been coming here for years and today I tried to purchase a sweater among other items. The sweater had no tag and the cashier refused to sell it to me or even get it priced. Was told no tag no sale and to come back another day. Absolutely crazy. Makes zero sense why you couldn’t get it priced if I was willing to purchase it. Its one thing that this goodwill location has jacked their prices up big time but its another to now have everything individually priced that workers cannot price an item with no tag. Beyond disappointed.

I'm an avid thrift shopper for 30 plus years and always love to get chance to shop local Goodwills wherever I go... traveled from Long Island, NY to meet family from Maryland at King of Prussia Mall so instead of walking the mall waiting for them to arrive I stopped in this Goodwill...although I did find a beautiful pillow the staff (particularly older man at register) was so unwelcoming that I'll definitely forgo this Goodwill next time I'm in the area...maybe that's his intent? If so, mission accomplished Mr. Grumpy. ☮

You never know what you're going to come across in a Goodwill and that's why they are so amazing. It was our first time at this one, we're from Delaware so it was a nice drive up here; definitely worth it! This Goodwill is well organized and it's super clean. The staff is very helpful and super friendly.Thank you Goodwill for making this a successful Christmas shopping day! Happy Holidays!

Lots of stuff in this store. Lots of luggage, bags, shoes and so on. Like any other goodwill, some of the stuff is mixed up with other sizes. Some customers don’t bother to put it back where it should go.

I come to this Goodwill location relatively frequently and it is one of the best ones I’ve seen. While the store itself is a smaller location, it never has a lack of product on the shelves to select. There is always a lot of options to look through making it totally worth the drive from Philadelphia.I see a lot of people complain about the prices, which is crazy to me. For your average shopper, just buying things mostly for myself or for my family, the prices are great. Lots of high end and designer merchandise with honestly good prices. I don’t know Kant other places you will find J. Crew and Nike apparel with tags or almost new for $6.99. I presume if you’re a reseller maybe you want things cheaper. But I don’t mind the prices because it allows us regular people to find good funds before someone else scoops it up and sells it for $20.The store itself is relatively clean and well organized. Sometimes the sizing can be a little mixed up, but that’s probably more from people putting things back wherever. I really like that this location follows the mission of hiring people with disabilities; as there are many kinds of people who work here. Everyone is always very kind and helpful here.Overall, every thrift store is hit or miss. Everything is based on donation at the end of the day so it really depends on what people are donating. I know a lot of people are selling online or in consignment these days but this store really has a lot of great things for a great value.

This store is very nice. The staff is super friendly and and there’s always people on the sales floor rearranging and organizing the items. The managers are very nice and are always helpful. This goodwill always has some nice brands and has a huge housewares section and it’s organized by color! I enjoy shopping here frequently and will continue to do so!

I've never found any big score here, but everything here is clean and in good condition.

Store drowned in nauseating old lady perfume via in store scent system. Consider this store a “no go” if you have perfume sensitivities. Why goodwill keeps implementing these perfume systems that make their stores off limits to a portion of the population is beyond me.

A smaller location, not much of a selection. Overall a clean store though

I've read through previous reviews and there were a number of bad reviews, most of which were focused on poor customer service and high prices. From my perspective this one of the smaller GW locations that I've been too. When I first visited this store my expectations were low going in, as I was thinking I wouldn't find anything. I was completely wrong!I've made it a routine to stop through here at least once if not twice every few months. The men's section is extremely small yet I always manage to find some great deals. I'm a larger guy with an 18 1/2 inch neck and a 40 inch waist, and yet I manage to leave with a sports jacket and at least 3 shirts almost every visit. Once I stopped in across consecutive weekends and left empty handed in the second trip, so I space my visits out. With regards to the prices, I'm not a professional thrift shopper but an Italian sports jacket for $12 seems reasonable to me. This last trip I purchased a sports jacket, a pair of shorts, two pole shirts and a pair of brown loafers (size 13) which were practically new. I spent $46 and that is with me rounding up and making a donation! If I were shopping new I would have only picked up a pair of shorts and maybe some socks for that price. If I were shopping the thrift stores in Manayunk I would have only ended up with two shirts and a pair of shorts. Again I'm no professional but all of that for $46 was outstanding. Everything was in damn near new condition. The only flaw was the sports jacket were someone ripped out one of the labels. Seems like it may have contained some personal information, but was on the inside of the jacket.Again, the men's section is small, only 2 full racks worth of clothes. In the past I've walked out with 5 to 6 practically new button down designer shirts. Shirts that if purchased new would easily be $100, each! I would like to know where some of these other reviewers shop as I would make a killing following them around, if $46 seems high.As for the customer service, I completely understand and appreciate that they hire folks with disabilities. Additionally, I wouldn't expect the employees to be making any serious money so my expectations have been low going in. However, I've always been treated respectfully and even have received some great customer service the few times that I actually needed some assistance! The only reason this location gets a 4 star rating, is the fact that I have to bring my own bags or purchase them. I get it that all of the locations are doing this, but it's an inconvenience to me because I have shopping bags in my trunk, I just forget to grab them before going in...I'll be ice and rank them 4.5 stars!

Absolute rip off for Goodwill. Other Goodwills are way better.

Goodwill is a great place to shop if you're just starting out or if you simply hate the higher costs of regular stores. While it doesn't have everything all the time, it boasts a wide variety of stuff for less than elsewhere. The staff at this location are also easygoing and one staffer was a big help while I tried to find a lamp.

I really like this Goodwill. It is a bit smaller but more organized than the larger ones. Because it is in a higher income area, the donations tend to be nicer quality. I always swing by when I'm in the area

Prices of clothes to housewares are unbeatable. It's weird seeing reviews complaining about price, I don't think I've ever spent more than $3 for any single ceramic plate/dish/accessory and never more than $5 for a shirt/sweater. And most of the stuff is dollar tree prices. Also furniture is the best, we got several side tables from them in a single week all without any visible signs of wear or use. Staff here are amazing, helpful and friendly, they're awesome.

As with most secondhand stores, sometimes you find what your looking for and sometimes not. However, I find this Goodwill to be one of the best. Clean, well organized, and friendly staff. Icing on the cake...they offer a veterans discount!

Whenever I drive by I always try to stop in just to see what treasures may lie within. I’ve found some truly special items here. It’s always clean and well-lit. Shelves are organized nicely and workers can be seen constantly putting out new items. Cashiers are always ready with a smile and a kind word. You can feel good about donating your items to this location knowing that it’s being used to help those in need. This is a blessing to our community.

Generally, this is a good place to shop. The staff is generally friendly as well as other shoppers too. However, the prices seem a bit high for used stuff. They really need to put one way signs in the parking lot though because today wouldn't be the first day that my kids and I almost get run over by someone driving against the parking direction and who wouldn't come to a stop to let us pass.

Two older men who work in the back and push out put out items are grumpy old men. They verbally harass families every time I am there. I would love to say something next time I hear them. They harass and abuse these poor parents and children. Shame on them. Goodwill they should be kept out of sight and away from the customers to avoid any potential lawsuits.

VERY high priced for a Goodwill. If you have expectations of finding items to resell and make s few bucks you are advised to avoid this store. I appreciate that they're a business, but nearly everything on their shelves has been donated so for them to act like a regular retail store is kind of ridiculous.Otherwise, it's a decent store for a Goodwill.

This store is fantastic but it is the kind, friendly and helpful staff that makes this goodwill so pleasant to visit! Jan is always asking if she can help and she gets to know her customers so she can show them things they might like! it’s like going into a true boutique! Jan is a true asset to this goodwill for you get a boutique experience!

Just walked out of the store... asked to speak to the manager regarding $1 Sunday and his response was totally rude. It has nothing to do with prices being already low. Every other store still offers $1 Sundays. He kept blaming Corporate and low staffing... it was his tone with my cousin that made me leave my items at the register. And for the record the prices are extremely high for used clothing. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS LOCATION.

Used to be wonderful but now with all their changes, it’s not a fun place to go. The clothes aren’t even sized which makes it very hard to shop.

Quality items and brand names floating around ... however the dresses were not sorted by shape or size so it took far too long to shop.Management should consider sorting them somehow, preferably by size. I didn't look at the other clothes because by the time I flipped through every single dress whether it was the XS that I need or a maternity XL or a M, I was exhausted.

Was in this store 9/21/2020 about an hour or two before closing, a girl brought a rack of clothes out form the back to be put out for sale. John L. the manager or assistant manager followed her out and as soon as the rack stopped moving grabbed all the clothing from one side and looked each item up on ebay before allowing them to be put away. I can't believe this behavior is allowed by Goodwill, if this is what he's doing on the floor I can only imagine what's happening in the back. I recommend shopping elsewhere.
