I needed a cake last minute and called to see what was already made and had the silk whip topping. The bakery associate was very helpful. I went with the cupcake cake and she was able to decorate it how I wanted. It was absolutely perfect! And the silk whip was amazing, as usual!

Weis Markets has one of the best produce sections in town. I would argue it is a top banana of produce sections. The produce is fresh. The staff is helpful. The prices are reasonable compared to other like markets. The location is convenient for me. It has a pharmacy which is a bonus feature.

WONDERFUL, HELPFUL, & KNOWLEDGEABLE STAFF who are always willing to help, simply ask. The Managers are always SOMEWHERE on the sales floor stocking, rearranging, or simply cleaning. They are also key in the Displays n set ups throughout the store. Super Pharmacy staff, Fantastic deli people, and Meats/Seafood & Bakery counters almost always has someone ready to assist.

Kudos to the sales associate that went the extra mile today. My Mom has limited mobility and was waiting in the car while her friend went inside to make a purchase for her. While shopping her friend was unsure of the exact product she wanted. A sales associate loaded up all of the choices in a cart, went to the parking lot and asked my Mom which one she wanted.Wish I knew the person's name to give them the recognition they deserve! Thanks for going the extra mile and being helpful!

I have personally preferred Weis markets across the NEPA region since I was a little girl. They typically always have a clean floor, clean bathrooms and excellent customer service. Since moving to the area although it's closest to my home. I don't prefer to shop at this location. Over the summer their selections were so slim and often not restocked for a great deal of time. They meat on a few occasions I had to return because it was going bad. In fact one time it was rotten and made the customer service desk attendant started to gag.They seem to be improving since they brought in all of the workers from the Hazleton Weis after their store was damaged in a fire. So the roles the local grocer needed had been filled. The store has begun to look better. I hope they maintain the upkeep of the store and the friendly associates.

Good selection and prices. The Covid Pandemic seems to have brought out the best in the employees. Even with sometimes impatient customers, I'm happy to see the employees dealing with it the best way possible and not losing their temper.It may not be my go-to shop, but the do carry items I can't get at other local grocers.I'm very happy that the customer service issues of the past are being resolved.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Overall it is just a standard Weis without much to sperate it from other grocery stores. They do offer water jug refills for cheap and some other nice perks.

In general I love this store. I never have an issue and if there has been a problem the staff is competent and efficient in rectifying the matter. Most problems currently are not staff here, but issues stemming from Covid related problems.My big gripe now is the rewards .I use my points for gas . However, as of the first of Nov, I have to go to the Bloomsburg store( gas pumps there on site) , Orangeville or WB.. as I don't go that far, it's a waste of time and gas to go so far. This will be the reason for me not shopping at this site anymore. I'll go to the competition ( GIANT) on the other end of town, which stinks cause this location was perfect for me on my " loop" in Berwick.

The store itself is terrific! Clean, well-stocked, friendly staff. The website, however, is a disaster. Doesn't matter what I do when I try to view current circulars, I always get "access denied." I have also tried different websites where they list many circulars. Same notice for Weis. Someone, please fix this!

I love shopping here for my groceries, the cashier's are very friendly. This place is always nice and clean, and very well taken care of. Sometimes it gets really busy and you have to wait to get out of the store, but other than that it is a very nice place to shop.

Barb at the front counter was very rude and disrespectful and honestly disgusting attitude. Towards myself and very rude towards staff as well. Might need to think of a new front manager or assistant manager. Could do way better!!

I go here because it is convenient... their produce is always on the later end of being fresh (does not matter what season we are in) a lot of their deli items look sketchy. I do not buy that stuff at weis. They are good for non perishable items but be sure to check the dates!!

Great store with a large variety of items to choose from. Staff is so friendly and helpful. They have a nice hot food section for a quick lunch or a easy dinner. Checkout is usually very efficient and the cashiers are all so nice.

The staff is always wonderful, smiling and helpful. But I absolutely must give the biggest shout out to the young man who gets the carts outside. Hes always so happy, alway asks to help with your cart no matter your age, very upbeat and kind.
