The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I buy all paint for my house and garage here. They are exceptional at mixing paint. The staff has gone beyond regular effort to help me. This summer I needed a particular type of weed pulling tool. None was on display. They found one in the inventory storage area. It was exactly what I wanted. There is always someone ready to load mulch or garden soil bags into my car. The people that work here are top shelf.

I can't imagine why anyone would want to complain about being offered help yet alone say "they were stalked." These people are nothing but professional and anxious to make your shopping experience quick and painless while getting what you need and getting home to get the job done. Staff is generally helpful, with good advice and they won't push products you don't need. A nice mix of items with good sales. Great to have a local alternative to the big chains.

I purchased a can of paint and some paintbrushes a few days ago. The buying experience wasnt bad, but the next day i received a call from a woman who worked there stating that i needed to come in and pay for the can of paint, which i assumed i paid for since the cashier scanned everything at check out. The woman who called never apologized to me once for the mishap, not my mistake, but clearly the stores mistake for not making sure it was scanned and me never checking my receipt after the purchase. I took the can of paint back to the store and just let them keep it. I have worked retail for years and have never heard of a store calling a customer to come in and pay 20 dollars for something that wasnt the customers fault. Overall a rude experience.

This place is amazing. Had an issue with a product I bought (manufacturer's defect). I called the manufacturer and was on hold for hours. I called Ace and they had no issue replacing the product. Such good customer service!!

The one in Berwick is small, clean and organized. Staff very nice and helpful.Bloomsburg store is bigger and added a Hallmark store to the back of store. Staff was great and very helpful. Store was clean and organized.

Very nice store, with wide selection, with a small "country store" on the side. Prices aren't great, but sure beats having to go all the way to Lowes or home depot in Bloom or Wilkes Barre

I needed to get 2 2x4 because i didn't have time to go to a different store and they were 8.99 and the prices went back down almost everywhere else the home depot price was around 3.90 why so much still
