Every time we go to my grandparents in Berwick, we stop at Giant for anything we'd need. Prices are pretty reasonable, they have a good variety of fresh bakery bagels always in stock- no matter the time. Store parking lot is always clean, store is always clean, shelves well stocked, and any employee I've come in contact with was always friendly, able to help. I wish there were giants near me!

I don't trust giant anymore since I caught them trying to pass off regular brown eggs as pasture raised (at 5.69 a dozen). They were Nature's Promise brand and now I don't trust that any of the items they say are organic, actually ARE organic and let's be honest, their prices are ridiculous!

Fairly decent place to grocery shop, however several times I've found myself having to go to another store due to products being not available. Also few employees tend to have a chip on their shoulder.

Was at this store on Tuesday I'm a senior citizen with bad knee's and a veteran I use the electric cart to shop as I was checking out the lady bagging barked at me you can't leave the cart that way what if someone has to get through I was not done moving it I feel she didn't have to so miserable the cashier was Nancy she was very polite the time was 10:39 am

Ordered a cake for my granddaughters birthday party and when I picked it up it looked like a 5 year old decorated it... Thank God I knew someone who could scrape it all off and start over... The picture on the right is my friend's decoration, the left is what I paid for 😕. After the generic response I received I will not shop at giant again... It's so pathetic they put out the same meaningless response to every situation.

I did some small shopping for dinner tonight and picked up a gallon of 2% milk while I was there. I proceeded to the self check out, and after scanning the milk, I realized that the cap was loose. Well, the lady helping out and supervising that area, noticed me examining the milk container. Without hesitation, she came over and asked if I needed help with my milk. When I explained the issue, she immediately took the gallon and brought me a new one. I wish I had looked at her name tag, but when I described her to my wife, she said the same woman had helped her previously as well. This is why I stay as a berwick Giant customer.

I placed a order for Giant Direct, on Sunday, and was rather disappointed with everything. My spouse went to pick up the order, and they almost left our freezer stuff. They also gave me chicken Frank's for my hotdogs, when I had selected no substitutions for them. I am also extremely disappointed in the, in store made white tortilla chips! They had so much salt and grease on each chip it was impossible to eat them, I would have to sit with a spoon and scrape salt off of each chip to even be able to eat them. I loved the first bag I bought so I decided to get another, what a mistake.

Employees are rude and the meal deals advertised always are met with empty shelves. Frequently the coupons don't work and the cashiers don't notice. Otherwise the store is clean and has a good selection of products.

I used GIANT DIRECT. THEY WERE GREAT. THERE WAS TROUBLE WITH GETTING THE $30.00 CREDIT FOR FIRST TIME ORDER. BUT THEY MADE IT GOOD RIGHT AWAY. I WILL N SUGGEST TO USE THIS SERVICE. VERY POLITE WORKERS.

Things were easy to find. Though from someone who worked in the produce department at Giant the quality was slightly below, though it was early so I'll give them the benefit of the doubt.

I went into the store could not find what I was asking for the worker told me it was not her job and would not ask someone else to help me. Also went in to pick up a cake that I ordered and waited and hour and still no one came to help me, they called someone there an lot of times and still no one came left the store without my daughter's birthday cake was not happy.

I traveled 32 miles to shop here, cleanest store, easy to shop. Lots of good prices on many items but, some may be higher. Store clerks are friendly and helpful. I have been buying from them for over 10 years. Their cereals are as good as brand name cereal.Just there today it's still a great store. Wish I had a Giant in my neighborhood.
