My brother grab box from sky shelf’s and employee yelled with attitude saying I don’t appreciate you touching my Sky shelves it’s over stock. There is many brown boxes mix with different stuff that wasn’t on the shelves and yes there was some that over stock. Lucky her I didn’t call corporate because of her attitude.

It's pretty bad. The place is a mess, if you find what you want, you won't be able to reach it with all the junk piled up in front of the shelves. They top it off with a cashier having a casual conversation on her phone barely acknowledging me.

I almost passed out from the heat after 10 minutes. I couldn't understand why I felt faint until I checked out. When I asked the cashier if they had no air conditioner running, I was pretty shocked at her response. Apparently the units were stolen in the middle of the night,4 of them! Talk about low down.Corporate needed to post a sign so customers knew ahead of time, and could make an educated decision whether they wanted to risk that .Closing would have been a better option considering the employees that had to work for hours under that stressful condition!!!!

Plenty of helpful staff and parking. Never did any direct price comparison, but seems to be very reasonable. The best part is the selection! Great place to go when you need various things, but not enough to require a trip to a large grocery store.

This particular dollar general doesn't keep up well with keeping thier shelves stocked. And most of the workers attitudes are not that good but there are some who are nice. We have other dollar stores in town that are better and well stocked so I would suggest goin to one of those unless you absolutely have to stop at this one.

Good prices, store always seams disorganized stuff always stacked in the aisles. Due to no part of the hard-working staff I think they're just understaffed. Also the keypad on to credit card machine was very dirty and when I mentioned it I was told that the employees were told not to clean it because the moisture could affect. So again your health and mine it comes in second to the almighty dollar.

The nicest store around. Great layout, shelves are usually organized and stocked, facility is new and clean, and a crazy amount of parking. This the DG all others should aspire to be.

Always stock everywhere, U boats full sitting in aisles so you can't get to items you need without moving them. Stuff all over the floor on several aisles. One person working and a line through the store. They need MORE HELP and maybe after hour stocking or something the store is a disaster!

Lady at The front desk was tweaking really bad. Rang me up but couldn't give me the correct change too busy twitching and jumping around tweaking maybe you should put her stocking shelves and not at the cash register really bad image for your store

This dollar general needs to get there act together because the store is dirty it also, smells, and product all over the floor along with metal carts all over the place . They have the product all in the middle of the floor which, you can strip on the product and hurt yourself. The management sucks because they are all rude and discuss there personal life right there in front of the customers. All the managers need to grow up and worry about the way the store looks and smells

They need to get this store cleaned up, products are never on the shelves there is always products on the dollies in the middle of the aisles, never go there anymore!!! I travel down the other end of town to go to the other one. Its always clean and stocked

Great for people on budget. Got a bag full and only spent 22 dollars. Nice right. Remember,buy a reusable bag. Think of mother earth !

Shopping on Saturday there. Noticed that the $5.00 did not come off of my bill. I spent over the $25.00 amount. Went back two day's later and the sweet manager gave me $5.00 out of his OWN POCKET!!! I did not want to take it but he insisted. Never in my life has a manager in any kind of store do this for me! I am also writing to the company to tell them this as well. Got his name on my receipt. This took place near Neskpeck, PA. I believe Burwick is the town. Not sure on spelling. The employees there are just as wonderful as in my DG's here in Vernon, CT!!

Berwick Dollar General is always clean. Most staff are willing to assist you with any questions. Prices are within range or better than competitors.

Don't buy phone cards from them! Spent $30 on Tracfone cards, got home to add them and they weren't activated properly. Went back in to get a new one and was told even with a receipt they can't do anything once they hand the card to the customer! It was their mess up but they won't fix it so Imy friend is out $30 and don't have time on his phone now.

I usually like coming here.. lately you have nothing stocked on your shelves and it isnt even things people are hoarding for outage.. very discouraging!!

My favorite out of the 2 in Berwick. Just wish the isles were a little more cleared. Always product on U-boats to put out that blocks the isles.

The store was recently remodeled and it is disgusting. In dire need of corporate replacing unqualified managers!!!!!! Or better yet, corporate paying action to their stores!
