Went for a gas powered pressure washer the gentleman was very nice took me over to one on the shelf told me the price i said okay i will take it he loaded it on the cart and placed it in my car showed me a gas can that he prefered and a softner for the gas. Stopped for gas so i can have everything ready for my son and boy what a laugh they all got it was electric lol i did not laugh at the fact i spent 50 i did not really have on a gas can and gas 😅 when i called the gentleman he thought it was funny also im not laughing so my trust will never be the same thank God for credit cards

This place is so welcoming. They always seem t find you when you’re needing help. They aren’t grouchy. They have most tings I need fast rather than driving to home depo it Lowe’s. Some pricing is higher but if you need something fast it’s worth it and it saves you gas staying local.I always get my paint mixed here and they keep all of my past paint colors on record so it isn’t a hassle finding what I used. 😃They have tiger balm also by the register! For sore muscles. Who’d have thought that.

Well varied stock and equipment for the size of the store. Staff is always friendly. Prices are competitive. Can fill propane and carries most items that you will need in a pinch.

I'm an easy going person. When I first went to Coles Hardware it was nice. Great customer service easy to find things. However, Today I went and it was easy to find the things I needed for grilling, but the cashiers were very disrespectful to me. I didn't mind it at first but then the cashier kept trying to rush me out of the store. I dont know if it was the people they hired or the cashier just had a bad day. When you go there be cautious. I haven't had a good visit in months.

The staff at the Berwick store where I live is always accomidating, friendly. Eager and knowledgeable about your issues. The store is stocked well covering a large selection of home and outdoor supplies. Dont hesitate to go there.

Heavy help you if you buy something from them and dont have a receipt when it stops working 3 months later. Do you know the month and day you purchased the product? NO? Gotta buy a new one.
