I can't begin to describe how much I love this place, it's remote yet not off the beaten path. The Cabins are absolutely amazing and have a warming middle of the woods feel. I'm sure I'll add more to the review as I go but I have nothing negative to say against this place. Absolutely love it.Rooms: Cabins are compact but very roomy, especially for a couple.Safety: All the cabins lock up tight, and the local PD in the area is very good. In addition, it's an all-around good area.Walkability: Just walking around the park is relaxing, but if you're looking to hike, the river lands and susquehanna Warrior Trail aren't far, and you can get your steps in no problem.Food & drinks: Haven't got that far yet, but they do have a general store that serves food during certain hours. Keep you posted.

Stayed here from November 2021 to November 2022 and had a very pleasant experience. Very quiet park, and everyone stays to themselves for the most part (which I love). The owners and everyone working there I that encountered were very nice and treated you almost like family. The subs and icecream at the store are definitely worth stopping for even if you’re not staying the night. They also have propane on site, super convenient. I highly recommend this park for any kind of stay, a weekend or extended. Spots were easy to get into and very big rig friendly. There’s lots of hiking and nature areas nearby and activities almost every weekend in town the whole family can enjoy. I can’t speak to the cabins as I hadn’t seen the inside of them myself but they were full almost every night so they must be doing something right! We’ll definitely be staying here again if we’re ever back in the area.

3 words. Smoked. Pulled. Pork. It was the most amazing pulled pork I have ever had hands down. They have ice cream with many awesome flavors! The owner and staff are great!! Definitely worth a stop if your passing thru or even stay awhile. Guaranteed to make you smile 👉

This campground exceeded my expectations. This is a fantastic campground. We rented a cabin and it was better than many hotels I have stayed at. It had heat and a/c, a double bed and a double single bunk. Has a recliner and flat screen with cable. Had almost a full kitchen minus an oven. Bathroom in the cabin was very clean and had a tub/ shower. The camp store was awesome and had fantastic ice cream. They had a playground on-site that our children loved. Overall, I would say that we would return to this campground. Very pleased. The only suggestion i have ous that on a hot weekend like it was on July 20th, possibly turning on the a/c prior to the guest arriving. But I understands that could be cost prohibitive.

We hosted a family reunion here, rented the pavilion and a few cabins for a couple of nights. The pavilion was well cared for and worked great for our event! They had a nice grill we could have used, but we catered. The cabins were clean and we were glad for air conditioning the days we stayed. One family member complained that a bed was not comfortable, but the rest seemed satisfied. Grocery stores were nearby in Berwick to buy food for meals eaten on site. Family enjoyed Knoebel's Amusement Park -- only 30 min away. Only complaint was that it was hard to get hold of staff via email or phone to make/change reservations.

Clean, friendly and quiet. The cabins are well maintained and the RV sites are spacious. I have been to tons of campgrounds and this place is awesome, you have space and you're not packed in like cattle. Owner was very helpful and kind. Very nice experience, will come again.

Nice and clean. Near perfect for us needing to camp near husband's training but not too far from home. Not really a "vacation" or family campground - which was fine for us. Only drawback, the owner forgot when we were checking out even though we had paid already. His comment was "I have a guy coming in tomorrow for that spot". .....umm...we're customers too.... We've paid for the spot.....just kinda poor customer service....like we didn't count for some reason?

Staying in a cabin here while working in the area. This place is quiet and peaceful this time of the year. Beautiful area. Hiking/biking trails nearby. Oh. And the General Store has ice cream! Steve and his family are great hosts. I will bring my family to vacation here someday.

The office staff was very nice and helpful. I was in need of a dump station and they were very helpful and courteous. After seeing the campground, how nice the roads and level the sites were. The pedestal at the site we dumped looked brand new. Will come back and camp next time!

We stayed for a week in 2 cabins. We loved it! We are from SC but originally from the area. My daughter got married in PA. There was plenty if room for 3 if us in 1 cabin and 4 in the other. The kids enjoyed the little playground area and playing in the leaves ( for the first time ever), and roasting marshmallows in the fire pit. We will stay there again. Only suggestion would be a screen door. The weather was in the 60's for October and we would open our door, but ended up with flies.

We loved our stay here and can't wait to go again! Very clean and peaceful. The cabins are great. Everything you need to "rough it" on a camping trip. My kids loved it too.

It’s such a beautiful park it’s a shame they don’t take care of problems. Our door lock is broken and you could open without a key and our coffee maker is broken. Reported it at 9 am when they opened. At dinner time went back to find out if they were coming by to replace or fix them. I was told probably not and they had no coffee makers left. They had all day to fix this problem. The store doesn’t open until 9 and we are up at 6 so my husband had to drive into the nearest down to buy coffee. A The kids love it here but it’s doubtful we will be back. They literally told me they weren’t correcting the problems and didn’t care that I was in inconvenienced. That’s not the way to keep patronage Otherwise we had planned on coming back in the fall.

Upon arrival I could not believe how clean and we'll maintained the campground was. The general store was well stocked with delicious sandwiches and we were rung up my a friendly staff. Getting to the cabin itself, I thought I had entered a catalog. I would recommend this campground and expect to return in the future. Very impressed.

Small roadside shop is the only part that I used. They have cabins here and rv/camper spots but I won't have the chance to use them this trip. They do sell really good sandwiches and have a limited selection of sides. Prices were good for the food and the staff was really friendly. Ice cream sold here as well.

This place is very "big rig" friendly......very easy to get in and get set up. Exceptionally clean and well-maintained place the owner has here. The store is open daily with fresh salads and sandwiches made daily also. Family friendly as well. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience.

I have stayed here about 10 times now and have never had a complaint. The rooms are always clean along with the grounds. Close to Knoebels and skiing just a great place to stay! Oh and dogs are allowed.

We stopped at Bodnarosa for one night while on a road trip through the eastern part of the State. I wasn't certain what to expect since the RV park is located along Rt 11 and doesn't appear to really be close to much of anything. The park is fairly new, has nice sites with full hookups, and is reasonably priced. The staff were extremely polite and courteous and the park has a well stocked deli and convenience store. My kids had a great time fishing in their little pond which was well stocked with bass and bluegills. The little kids also enjoyed the playground. There were a few drawbacks. The park has little if any greenspace aside from the area near the pond. Everything is mulched. It felt a lot like a campground from the western United States and maybe that is what the owners are trying to mimic. The other drawback was that some of the park's guests were a little inconsiderate when driving through to their site. The park has a lot of cabins and some had several cars around them, so I don't know if they are long-term rentals. As we walked around the park to access the bathrooms, pond, and playground, there were several times when cars went speeding through and didn't seem to care that people were walking along the roads. In either case, this was a great place to stay for one night. I don't know that I would stay longer than that because with a motorhome, we would need to disconnect and drive to really experience anything outside of the park.

We were only here for a birthday party. But the place was beautiful, the restrooms were clean (no hand soap), the cabins were very nice. Would definitely recommend this place.

A welcome overnight stop in the pouring rain. This campground / motel has big pull through full service sites and plenty of gravel to keep the bugs down and easy manuevering. It is located a few miles south of rail trail. The owner takes pride in this business and it glows.

Very nice clean cabins..... very comfortable feels like home, and friendly staff in little store,Con: Cellphone Data is poor, and Wireless internet is very unreliable. If you need internet for work. Honestly a hotel is the way to go...Poor Internet is the only drawback.

Can't really vouch for the campground, we stopped at the store for ice cream! The place seemed clean and well taken care of; the ice cream was Libey's from Shamokin, and was delicious.
