I want to say that for the very short time we had our Clyde and the underlying health condition that became pronounced, The Bernville Veterinary Clinic staff were amazing. I was a sobbing scared mess for my sweet boy and they helped figure out the issues he was having and the best possible route to continue. Unfortunately little Clyde was not destined to be on this earth long due to the severity of his case. in the short time we had him in our family he was so incredibly loved. I’m so incredibly grateful for the direction, care, detail of information and heartfelt welcoming of this clinic to help me in my most desperate time of need.

Was able to get us in as a new patient within days. Staff and Vet was amazing. The Vet office closer to us just started accepting new patients but I'm staying here. The extra 15 minute ride is worth it for us! Roscoe is treated well there!

Dr. Devorak and the rest of the staff are phenomenal. I have been bringing my animals here for years. They take very good care of all of them. They really helped in discussion with the end of life needs of my dog. A month later they were so helpful and happy to see my new rescue, Chip. I can’t express how much I love this clinic. I will never go anywhere else. (As long as the 2 veterinarians are still there). Thank y’all so much for all you do. You have such an emotional, thankless, tiring job but do it because of your love for animals. Just know you ALL are extremely appreciated ❤️Ashley

I never had any issues with the veterinary area. The grooming and spa area has been a disaster. I completely understand that they are a business and that they intend to make money. The aspect that I don't understand is how cold and callous they can be over simple misunderstandings. Be cautious there are no second chances with this place. I left a voicemail requesting an appointment and provided my current phone number. I did not realize that they didn't have my new phone number on file and they sent all my notifications for appointments to the old phone number. When I arrived late we figured out what caused the situation and I got zero understanding and even less respect. Naturally I was confused and asked why they didn't update the phone number I had given them over voicemail (The same number that they called me on to schedule the appointment). The employees at the desk responded that it's not their responsibility. To me that sounds like a large corporation mindset... And large corporations always look at you like you're just another number. I do not recommend taking your pets to this place unless you're going to be absolutely perfect 100% of the time. I definitely feel like they could have had more compassionate in the situation considering that I had expressed the number change was due to an abusive situation. Clearly they don't give two craps about anyone as an actual person.

We moved to the area a year ago and thought we would try here as it is much closer to our new house than our previous vet. Were very pleasantly surprised with how friendly, compassionate and responsive the staff are. Not to mention very knowledgeable, experienced vets. Highly recommend!!

Rosie is very large and difficult to deal with when she is in pain or uncomfortable. The staff her at Bernville Verterinary Pet Spa and Resort do a great job with her.

Lexie has cancer. Dr Dvorak is so kind and thorough. She has done tumor removal on Lexie twice and she is so helpful. Lexie is doing well .

I have been taking my 2 dogs here for the past 10 years. From day one I felt this place was purely transactional, and I was right. The reason I used them for so long was out of convenience since moving to the area. I previously had my dogs at naval base vets, Conestoga, and metropolitan. None of these other places have been as cold and money hungry as Bernville is. My dogs have needed several things now that they are geriatric and Bernville not only charges extra for older dogs but they don't even touch my dogs! They have been misdiagnosed several times. I'm in many thousands of dollars with them and they could care less about your animal. I've never done a review because I've never been so disgusted with a place in my life but now is the time. I really don't understand their other reviews. Like I said, 10 years of going there, I've seen all the doctors and techs and none of them are either warm or caring about your pet and they really can't be trusted.

The veterinarian was very thorough, addressed all my concerns, and along with the assistant were very gentle with my dog.They made sure I understood everything and had me make the final decisions on all procedures, they also gave me a through explanation on needed procedures and future costs involved. I thought all costs were reasonable along with any future costs . I was very happy with my visit and will continue bringing my pet here.

Dr. Devorak always puts our animals first. She is so passionate about what she does and truly loves each of the animals we’ve brought to her. She treats our animals as if they were her own animals, so we can rest assured that they are in great hands. Can’t thank her enough.

Belle was a patient for over 5 years. In the last year of her 20 year life she started to have noticeable health problems. The Doctors Stephan and Devorak's staff took great care of her with her visits and treatment. The last few months were inevitable. The doctors did their best to make her as comfortable and healthy as possible. Even when it was "time" for me to make the hardest decision a fur parent can, Dr. Devorak was very patient and caring with my timely needs and over the phone questions.In the end Dr. Devorak treated Belles planned passing just as any family members passing should be treated with compassion and professionalism. A heartfelt card shortly followed in the weeks passing.Thank you for everything you have done for our family and our beloved Belle. I will be bringing "Bubbles" soon for her first of many doctor visits with your team.

Love having my pets cared for here! I am so fortunate to have found them after moving to PA from MI. I have great confidence in the doctors and their staff and they have become a second family to me and my pets. I recently had to put down one of my 6 cats and my 14 year old German Shepherd within 3 mos of each other and they made it bearable for us with their professionalism, understanding, and compassion. Don't know how I would have gotten through it all without them. They are the best and your pets and their care are their #1 priority.

We have been bringing here our dog to check her ear during the winter and spring! Our dog is 14 and she started having issues with her left ear this year! She was given a good treatment and was clear of all infections for 4 months! Very recently her ear started bothering again and we brought her for an appointment! Now she is on her way to recovery and doing much better! All the doctors and personnel are very friendly, caring and professional! I highly recommend Bernville Veterenary if you are looking for a vet for your pet!

Called to schedule an appointment on Saturday for my new fur baby and was able to have her seen that same day. Receptionist was very Friendly and helpful. The office is very clean and welcoming. I felt comfortable right away. I feel confident with the care they gave and know they will provide the same care in the future.

They have started doing my dogs nails while I'm up in PA. The staff are amazing. I was having issues with my beagle and they figured out that she had a disease from a tick. They've been super helpful and kind.

Basic kennel to board your dog or cat. Nothing fancy but the young group of staff is very caring and friendly. I feel very comfortable boarding with them. Good feedback on pet's behavior and eating habits while there. This tells me they are caring enough and spend the time to observe and are taking care of your pet.
