Serena is very welcoming of new customers. Appointments can be gained in reasonable time frames. She goes to dog grooming shows and stays up to date on latest grooming trends. A very hard worker and aims to please pet owners. Always has done a good job grooming our pet.

Awesome place to take your dog for grooming. It's been a while since we had our dog here, so this review is way late, but I was very satisfied with the services. The price was very good too. I definitely recommend this place over any large store where they don't take the time to put the attention on the dog. Our dog was well taken care of and I felt very safe with how she treated the dog. It's definitely a perfect place to get your dog groomed.

Serena is great!!! She is very patient with our dog. Being groomed is not Marleys favorite time. However she does well with her. I highly recommend!!! Thank you Serena.

Shampoo and Doggie -Doo I think has a great name and if you're close enough to Berlin,Pa and have a pet that needs groomed this is the place to go, Serena cares and takes time to do a nice job, I think you'll be happy with the results 👍

Serena is great with the dogs. My German Shepherd isn't a fan of a bath but loves Serena! She looks so much better and is sooo soft after her beauty bath!😊

I called to get my two big dogs that are very friendly shaved and she told me she didn't like doing big dogs that it was to much work .... Would not recommend!
