The store looks a lot better than how it used to about a year ago, very nice staff there is one particular employee she always wears the bandana, she's absolutely the nicest employee we've ever had at the dollar store while also being very beautiful, I don't remember if she said she lived here in town but regardless the towns people love her, I met her when she first started working there and there have been many to come and go but she's still there even when they were so badly understaffed and some managers treated their employees terribly. She has the Brightest smile and such a beautiful soft sweet voice, super friendly and helpful, she's paid for my food a couple of times when I didn't have enough (embarrassingly). I always go in that store knowing I'm gonna get the best customer service from all of the staff, everone is so wonderful and so polite, the store is a lot cleaner no carts or merchandise on the floor or aisles, no trash on the floor or on the shelves, employees actually doing their jobs instead of sitting outside for hrs smoking cigarettes, restrooms are clean(they didnt use to be) lol overall dollar general keep up the good work!

Very customer friendly, the staff there are so nice and helpful, the store isnt as cluttered and packed with rolltainers stacked sky high with merchandise. The one employee and forgive me if I spell her name wrong "Amoni", is the sweetest most helpful girl ive ever had the pleasure of meeting. I've been shopping here for years and there's nothing like walking into a workplace that has staff greeting you as you come in and offer you assistance and making sure you're finding everything you're looking for all while having beautiful smiling faces!

I’m sure they are understaffed like many stores but I don’t think I’ve ever seen a store that has blocked entire aisles with unprocessed merchandise.

It lacks cleanliness. There are items on the floor and it has an overall unkempt appearance. I understand the lack of merchandise due to covid and only having essential items but this should not interfere with how the store looks or is maintained. It needs a thorough cleaning.

I have found bed bugs here as well as other insects. The store itself is unclean and the have U-boats littering the isles so it is hard to shop in some areas. The people that work here really show that they would rather be anywhere else. A lot of the times they have barely stocked shelves, that meaning there are very few to none of one product on the shelves. For example if you were to go to get Fruity Pebbles they normally only have one ore two out.

Considering that it was closing time n my daughter n I lost track of time here came this employee yelling "WE CLOSING HURRY TFU UP BC I WANT TO GET OTTA HERE". I looked at my daughter and said omg it 10pm already and then realize that this employee is an older woman who you would think has home training. I literally said that was extremely rude is this bc of the color of our skin, ur disrespectful as the male cashier says the system would shut down if we dont hurry up. I was well maybe u should do an announcement or walk thru make 10/15 minutes b4 making sure no customers are left n we wouldnt be rushing n u wouldn't be disrespectful. Sadly she continue with her miserable self rolling her eyes n mumbling under her breath. He continue to check my daughter out n now my turn. I tried helping moving all items as close as possible to make the process faster he started throwing my items into the bags. As im looking on now my products fell n I said WOW now u dropping my items not a simple sorry a simple thank you for helping with pushing items up to cashier. Now not even a closing gesture but I took notice that for him been so rude just like his employee they both need attitude adjustment, better timing in closing n I most definitely will be calling corporate bc that is so unacceptable. I would even go as far as to the paper for this type of rudeness bc there sister store has the same issue.

I'm sick and tired of the dollar general app. You are never able to get a signal in the store to review your coupons, therefore you might as well just make a hand written list and have printed coupons. Therefore I got what I thought I had coupons for and once at the register the items were the wrong size or different from the digital coupons. I saved on 1 of 15 items. Get WI-FI for God's sake. It's a joke!

Great selection, friendly staff. Aisles were hard to navigate while they were stocking but one staff member offered my husband a cart ride lol. Customer service made up for the cluttered aisles!

Never have selfs stocked, always roll cantaners in way... most of the workers are nice. they need to bring back night shift when the truck comes that always worked before.

Store seems to always be hot when I go in. I had 2 walk around the whole store to find a 12 pack of drinks but that was my fault I walked rigjt passed them and didnt see them smh

This store was very unclean, items thrown on shelves. Music blasting, and now they hAve a TV there watching people go out the door. Store clerks yelling to each other what is done. Freezers are always empty.

Good location. Right off Interstate 80 in Mifflnville. Reasonable prices and assortment of items. Snacks, clothing, cards, paperback books, cellphones, milk, etc.

I shop at this location frequently as a matter of convenience and due to the digital coupons that save me money. Most of the staff are very friendly and kind!

Poor staff especially on Saturdays, I waited in line for 20 minutes with 7 people ahead of me and only 1 register open. I walked out and purchased nothing. Floors are always gross and isles always hard to get thru. Don't understand why they have 3 registers when there is only ever 1 open.
