This is a pretty decent rite aid location. They don't have the best selection of medicine, specifically for kids, but overall not bad. Store wasn't busy at all so I was in and out very quick!

If I could leave 0 I would. I'm very disappointed in rite aid. My autistic son has went days without medication that is not safe to miss doses behind an extremely rude and unprofessional employee. Amanda is a terrible employee who has multiple complaints but rite aid refuses to let her go. You have officially lost the business of a family of 4. 2 who receive thousands of dollars worth of prescriptions a month. Do better.

I’ve been coming here for years. I think the staff is absolutely wonderful! Weather in the pharmacy or in store. They are always pleasant and happy to help you. Sometimes people complain about the staff not being friendly which I do not believe. OK so like they have never had a bad day at work! You have to give people some credit. You’re dealing with the public. At least they are working. Keep up the great work! Thank you for being there. I do appreciate everything you all do and being friendly And pleasant! THANK YOU!!!

If I could give ZERO stars I would. I’m new to this town and after going to the doctor I came here to pick up my prescriptions. First off, the staff is incompetent and couldn’t figure out my prescription coverage based on the insurance card I gave them. I explained that I’ve had this company for many years and this is all I ever used. I asked them if they could call the number on the card. I was informed this couldn’t be done and the older male pharmacist, which seemed to be in charge, asked me to contact my last pharmacy. I asked for confirmation because it’s in another state. He was clearly perturbed with me for asking questions. Finally, they were able to figure it out. Next, I’m told that 1 of my 4 scripts are unavailable and that it’s unknown when it will be in..no further explanation. I inquire what I should do and again the pharmacist is clearly provoked with my questions. He told me to go to another pharmacy to see if they have it so he can transfer it. When I needed directions he got angry and threw his hands up in the air and blurted out “SOMEONE TAKE CARE OF HER!” He was the rudest pharmacist I’ve ever come in contact with and I’ve never been treated so badly.Needless to say, I found my way to the local Medicine Shop where I was greeted with a smile, pleasantly helped and “welcomed to the family”. Rite Aid will NEVER get a penny of my money! Not for anything, which is sad considering I just moved here and plan on staying for many years to come. This jerk cost your company a lot of money because I’m a compulsive shopper!!!!!!

The first vaccine was perfectly done, did not feel it. The second vaccine was horrible and left a big welt on my arm. The staff does act like you are bothering them but there one female there that is absolutely RUDE and should not be working with the public. I went there out of convenience but this was the last time. We now use the Medicine here in Bentleyville.

We just moved to Bentleyville and wanted to use this pharmacy for the convenience. Unfortunately we will have to travel to Washington for our Rx needs. I have been on several prescriptions for YEARS- every single other pharmacy simply calls the doctors office if there is no refill. This pharmacy apparently can’t be bothered. I have run out of meds that cause side effects when discontinued. On top of that, the staff is unfriendly and acts like it is an inconvenience to do their job. The times I have brought an actual written Rx in, it takes days and days to get it filled and no one contacts us to let us know it will take longer, or to let us know when it is filled. Will absolutely not return to any Rite Aid after this.

I hate this pharmacy! I choose the medicine shop in bentleyville every single time because the employees here have mega attitudes and their employees are slow and rude! Script was called here again by mistake. Won’t happen again though thank made sure if that! Now I’m also going to be late getting my daughter from headstart! Been here 20 minutes!

Do not pick up Amazon packages here. Employees will tell you your items arent there and send you off on a wild goose chase. Very careless and very annoying
