For a small franchised store, they are expanding to include items usually found in bigger and Market District stores.The staff is friendly. The store is clean. They now have a beer and wine area, and the bakery is awesome.I couldn't ask for a better local store in the small town I live in.

I am aware of rising prices, but Giant Eagle went a little overboard. Prices have gone up significantly. $7.00 for a bag of tortilla chips. $10.00 for a pound of lunch meat. Outrageous.

Real convenient next to a truck stop. I'm all about groceries. When I parked and looked to the right it was like scene in LOTR when the good guys saw Gandalf come down the mountain and save the day. After wiping my tears of joy I said was the rain. I went in and purchased every wheat tortilla they had.

This store had about 12 people in lines for 1 checkout. I thought it'll be better after I got a few more things but nope.. My groceries would've been defrosted by the time I got checked out so I put the stuff back in the freezer and walked out. For the high prices you'd think they could have more cashier's. I will go somewhere else. They need competition so the people can go to a place that treats people with respect.

UPDATE. Cake was very moist and very beautiful The Baker did amazing job I'm highly recommend them to do and decorate your cake The whipped icing was perfect So after a bad morning this was well worth it I appreciate the Baker going above and beyond for me to make this special for my aunt So I give it 4 storesEveryone this morning woke up on wrong side of the bed!! 2nd time i got someone rude & cranky..This Lady elderly on phone when I was ordering was so rude like I was asking a lot.. I was 2 seconds from not ordering from them too just like the other lady this morning already, I said no thanks I'll get it somewhere else have a better day, hung up.This lady I did say forget it on the order then she said ill see if the lady can do it but still was like I was asking for a lot.These 2 lady's really ruined my morning only 830am with their poor service ugh I should just hung up again, this year ppl not friendly working.

I stopped here because it was convenient off 70. However this is probably the worst Giant Eagle I've ever been to. It's small, dingy, crowded, and the prices seem higher than other GEs. I suspect they're taking the prime real estate and jacking up prices for people who can't go elsewhere. Literally any other Giant Eagle nearby would be better.

There is a small party from the pilot truck stop to this store and for good reason, most things were well stocked, the staff were all very kind, above and beyond. I stocked up my truck for a reasonable price and will definitely be coming back in the future:)

Home town market use it a lot. Prices are what they are lil high here lil lower there. If you want something specific ask they can order it in.

Less than one star. As an OTR truck driver you don’t know state laws, so I needed to purchase groceries in 2 separate registers. I politely ask customer service and the most vile person I have ever met acted like I should know the laws of Pennsylvania and snapped at me. Her name was Sam. I will never be back and she definitely NEEDS to be taught manners. It’s a small store with a very small costumer service “lady” (I think) named Sam, could go either way running customer service. Her manager even said she’s not worth the CO2. Why not get rid of her then? Sorry store buy stuff at truck stop it’s cheaper anyway.

This store is ridiculous! Things arent stock that other G.E. do. I use the one in Finleyville and it is night and day. Digital coupons....neither the guy at the register or the RUDE lady in the office could help me. How can you be in the office if you dont know your store or your adds! I ran a Max and Ermas as a supervisor. You HAVE to know your stuff or get out of the office. I CRINGE to go into this store for my daughter. PLEASE TEACH THAT WOMEN HOW TO INTERACT WITH CUSTOMERS!! FRUSTRATING FOR SURE!

Just walked over from the truck stop, nearby, to pick up a few things. Thought it might be a bit more price friendly. NOT AT ALL. Very dissatisfied. Plus. Every employee or shopper I passed or smiled at, was rude or dismissive. I’m from NC, and although people there are like that, in some instances (it is unfortunately the times we currently live in), the people in this store, brought it to the next level. The cashier was the worst though. VERY unfriendly and unprofessional. I may not live in this area. But I do frequent this truck stop quite often. I will be sure to not return to this location. I’d rather give my money to another company. Thank you for a terrible experience.

Like the convenience of location. The items and prices are usually good and the weekly specials are nice. Also the perks with my card are a nice addition.The only real peeve I have is the wait time for the check out, sometimes the wait is longer then my actual trip shopping. I know just about everyone there and know they work hard but there are always so many people trying to check out and it it gets crowded and actually quite confusing sometimes.I love the store and the people and hope they can find a fix for this.

Store is clean and well lit. Associates are helpful and friendly. Their produce section is always well stocked and full of very attractive, beautiful fruits and vegetables. Organization is a bit hard to follow sometimes but easier the more often you go. Price falls into the middle of the spectrum; definitely more expensive than Walmart, but their produce is always higher quality.

This store you can expect to be clean. It is always stocked well and the staff well informed to help. They keep enough people to get out at the check out also. Nice choice for this small town. Can be a bit pricey but they have it and I need it. So you will pay for it.

We were just passing through Bentleyville, PA. My husband and I are in a semi and we were staying at the Pilot a few blocks away. People were friendly and we went in to buy a few supplies for the truck.

They cut their steaks on the deli slicer... Thickest Ribeye was not even 1/2” thick! And they cut the Delmonico and NY Strips the same! That is criminal.These were like the wimpy breakfast steaks you get at Denny’s. What a waste of meat, and it carried the price of a nice two inch+ thick steak I am used too.The good side, it only took 5 minutes to grill two of them. And I still managed to burn them.They cook fast as there is not much there, and the meat was quality, they were tender, just don’t leave them unattended while cooking, as they will vaporize.I feel like I was ripped off.

Get in get your milk, bananas, bread, o.j. whatever brings you in. Any questions the staff is nice and helpful most of the time. Don't use gas perks to save on food bill unless you don't use gasoline and or don't drive. Its a waste in comparison to savings from the fuel you get on $ off at the pump up to 30 gallons. All staff is wearing masks also which is very important especially for elders.

I honestly wish I could give this store a NEGATIVE number! I ordered a cake online for my mom’s birthday on Wednesday to be ready for today, Friday at 2 pm. I received a confirmation that it was received AND confirmation that it was ready! Showed up... no cake! I understand things happen but the ladies just said nope we don’t have a cake for you! No I’m sorry, feeling bad. Then the owner comes up and proceeds to tell me that he was never copied on my order... like it’s my fault! They did offer me a cake from the cooler... I ordered a filled quarter sheet cake - not really comparable! And they did offer their manager to come in and make it. I was done and said no... I also didn’t want to take my newborn son out AGAIN to get the cake. SOOOO DISAPPOINTED!!

Was overcharged for a product, the cashier didn't care, didn't do anything even after I said something, got home was unpacking and noticed a product I bought was past the best by date, called the store, spoke to a manager. Was told sorry, we cant do returns right now. Didnt even try to make it right. I'll go to a different location. This one is awful!! Update: the expired cheese was still on the shelf available to be purchased, some of it expired in January....

Wow, let me tell you if you travel through southwestern PA, be advised the only reasonable grocery store is unfortunately only Walmart or a larger DG . Neither Giant Eagle, or Shop N Save seem to care at all if the are competitively pricing anything. This Giant eagle has some nice folks but prices are rediculous. Just be prepared, unlike the border states Ohio and WV, that have Kroger stores.Kroger isn't currently in this market at all.in this Market area of West Pennsylvania don't get lost, they absolutely will not help you find anything, without asking first.

I came on a Saturday morning to purchase a few items. I understand that not all Giant Eagles are ready to make the leap to implementing self scan registers. However, I assumed that having an express register open on the weekend was a realistic expectation. I ended up standing behind larger purchases for about ten minutes until an employee approached me and offered to open an express register. Her actions changed my mind about this being a 3 star review. As I assume that this store was probably just understaffed this day, I will probably visit again next time I am in the neighborhood.

The store is always clean and well stocked. The employees are very nice and helpful. Regular prices can be a bit high on some things but the sales are great.
