You can get all sorts of household items here and the staff are super friendly and nice, especially Deb!The hidden gem of this store is the nail polish section. It has a ton of variety, prices are great, and it wears well.

This place would probably fall apart without Deb! I'm in the store practically daily and she is a very hard worker!! She deserves much praise and appreciation!! After the changes I feel like family dollar has become more like a dollar tree! I just preferred the way out used to be! But Deb is still awesome!!

This is a nice store, clean and big, so therefore a good selection generally. It is up in the town of Bentleyville, so you drive slightly farther up from other retailers. The people working are nice and upbeat as well. Remember as this store owns dollar tree, so if something was a dollar it is now 1.25.

I’m giving a one star review for the hellish techno music that loudly blared from the speakers and for the squeaky cart that was difficult to push. The store is clean, however, unorganized and doesn’t flow nicely. They employees themselves deserve 5+ stars and the title of sainthood for being able to put up with all the noises and remain sane and pleasant. I don’t typically have sensory issues but I cannot shop here if corporate insists on playing that ridiculous music. My mom actually questioned aloud whether or not we were in hell, it was torture.

Went in a week ago to pick up a few things. Store was well organized. Staff was friendly and helpful. And manager was cute too 😁

The new store is nice but no longer sells alot of items I would purchase at the old location. Most of the staff is ok but a particular assistant manager is extremely rude. I no longer do business at the store because of her. I used to be a regular customer. I can say I am not alone in this decision.

My boyfriend bought cascade dishwasher pods by accident and had them for about five minutes and returned them. They would not except the return but it's ok for them to sell open ripped packages of guinea pig food which I've bought previous from the store. I will not be returning.
