Was very disappointed!! No one at register. Had to use self check out, rung items up wrong! Someone said they be there in a minute. Waited no one came. Left items and walked out. Store was not busy! Need to take out self check, was enough employees to run register. Self check out never works, maybe pay employees more so 1 person can run 1 register

Thank the Lord for Tina! She absolutely saved the day when the ignorant heavy woman at Family Dollar decides she didn't feel like doing her job mid shift. Tina saved a 2 year olds birthday and got us all the balloons we needed, quickly and didn't bash our pockets in for them!! 🙏🙏 Customer service has always been awesome here! Never once an issue or attitude. Do you self a favor and stop here first for all your needs!!!

The woman stocking shelves was extremely friendly & helpful. They have THE CUTEST decorations for holidays etc. Only problem was the person at checkout. Never saw that one before & was unfriendly... borderline rude. All in all a nice little store.

I would rate 5 stars, IF the aisles were easier to navigate through. I often have to go around and go through another aisle to get to my desired location due to stock being in the way. and also if the cashier's were faster. there is also one employee that works there that always seems to have an attitude with me in particular, no matter what you ask her. I had 2 broken items in my bags before, I think from her carelessly tossing them into my bags while checking me out.not ok.

Always like looking at the decorations and home items.Very nice, friendly and helpful employees they are always there to help you if able and actually talk to you.Affordable prices as well.There are some items I can only get at this store and they are definitely worth it!

The store has a tendency to be messy. Stocking carts are always blocking merchandise. However, we have ALWAYS had a pleasant experience with the staff. Very friendly and willing to assist you. Jim is a favorite of our family. The store typically has what I need. Maybe consider more staff to assist with the stocking so that the two on shift can concentrate on the customer service.

I'm just about a daily shopper here lol! The staff is very pleasant and helpful always!! Since the store was reorganized, it's easier to get around, however, the building has always needed some extra space for the quantity of items! Shockingly, as a dollar store, some priced items aren't actuality cheaper, but I know it's more so having options of your cheaper store brands verse the original brand names, and not everything for a dollar! Btw....Rhonda is a crazy hard worker! They all work hard and their great, but that lady is on it and quick!!

Great store. Needs a little updating but besides that it's properly ran, cheap prices, friendly staff who would probably be more pleasant if the cheap owners would actually pay them a decent living wage. They pretty much have slave labor at rock bottom price. Those people work very hard at their job.

Tried to buy 4 $25 gift cards one did not register and we tried 2 other ones, and i ended up getting 3 because the other one would not register which would've been fine. Except for the fact that they handed me two of them that were supposed to be returned i got home tried them and two did not work and i found it on the receipt that it was their error and they said they cannot do anything for me. So I am out of 50 dollars when the receipt says that i was supposed to be refunded for those cards.

Dirty. Very crowded. I can't even push my son in the cart without hitting into something. Only go here when family dollar closes at 9 and they're open until 10. I try to avoid it in most cases. The staff is decent. Store is just dirty and overcrowded.

Cheap prices and a helpful staff but store is very small with skinny aisles. Shelves are poorly maintained with lots out out of stock or scattered product.

I go there at least every other week for the same thing and even after speaking to the manager and emailing corporate, they still do not carry enough stock for me to get what I came for. Guess my money is better spent at Walmart.

You can't walk thru the store, let alone push a cart. The cashier was extremely rude to a older gentleman in front of us. She told him to hurry up and get out of the way? Seriously just go to family Dollar.

If you have been to a Dollar General before you know what to expect but this one didn't have the merchandise on the floor. This place was clean, and the workers were flendly.

The manager was very brash in her comments about customers. She just needs to be a bit more repectful and not swear while she is working in the store.

They need to get the u boats out of the aisles and in the back. It's makes it impossible to pass another customer with a buggy because there's no room!

It's OK, very dirty though. I would not recommend to anyone, if a customer does not like an employee they will call the district manager and make up lies about the employee. Bentleyville is a terrible place 😖
