Where do I start? The staff are some of the most amazing people who take so much pride in their work. Laura at the front desk is extremely personable,kind and gives the best hugs!! The rooms are clean and neat and even when my puppy made a mess on the bed the staff were quick to fix it! Breakfast was enjoyable and hot and made with pride! The pool is just the right temperature and I'm a heated room for when you step out. I intend to make this my regular hotel stay each time I come to visit family in Washington!Rooms: Clean and roomyNearby activities: Not much to do in Bentleyville but Washington and Pittsburgh are just a short drive awaySafety: The hotel was very safe and quietFood & drinks: The staff does an amazing job with breakfastNoteworthy details: Staff is very personable and they have a picnic area by the pool to visit with family. Thank you to the wonderful staff here! I was there for several days this week-I stay here at least once a year to visit family that lives in Bentleyville. Andi at the front desk always remembers me and is so helpful and friendly. I met the manager this time and she is amazing! Every staff member always greets you with a smile. The entire facility is always spotless and the rooms are comfy and clean. I highly recommend this place and would never stay anywhere else!Rooms: Clean and comfySafety: I have always feel very safe hereFood & drinks: Breakfast is great and coffee is always fresh

Location is hands down why we picked this place. Great jumping off point for going into Pittsburgh and doing many of the surrounding area attractions. Close by restaurants are a bit scarce, but it's a short drive to just about anything you would want.We were also excited to have a heated pool. Keep in mind that "heated" and "in ground" are in direct opposition. It was comfortable but still pretty cool. This is not a hot tub!Nearby activities: I can barely begin to describe the variety of nearby activities. Just Pittsburgh alone offers dozens of options. Within a 2 hour drive you have punxsutawney, covered bridges, Amish country, leaf peeping in season, flight 93 memorial...Noteworthy details: A standout moment for us was on day one, as we left the hotel for our first adventure, we saw our first groundhog of the trip. They didn't give us the AAA discount promised at check-in; the final price we paid was higher than what the front desk quoted. We walked in and got our room. We could have had a better deal if we booked online. They deactivated our cards before check-out, which is a pet peeve of mine. Room was clean. Breakfast was fine. They have a unique creepy statue next to the parking area. We stayed only one night.

We arrived here very late or super early depending on your point of view (4:15 am). Our child had car problems that had to be resolved before we could start out so our 1:45 arrival was seriously delayed. The staff was very accommodating letting us checkout later so we could get some decent sleep. Thanks very much for your thoughtfulness. It was much appreciated.Rooms: The room was nice. Big enough to maneuver my chair around and the beds were lower. That is very much appreciated. It is nice to not have to pole vault into bed from your wheelchair. More hotels should consider that. If it is a handicapped accessible room, please make it more handicapped accessible. If it is a room with two beds marked as handicapped accessible, you could one of the beds lower. In our room both beds were at a more handicapped accessible height. Thank you so much for that.

The room was gross. It smelt so bad inside it that it was tough to breathe. Everything was stained, the walls were dirty (including dirty finger prints) or had random paint splotches, the carpet was ripped and stained. We also reserved and paid for a room with 1 queen bed and 1 king bed and did not get that room and the receptionist stated that the room she gave us was “the only one available.” How was the one we paid for and reserved not available?

We have family who stay here when they're in town, and their grandson loves this Best Western. They always have wonderful things to say about the room and staff. I stopped in to say Hello to them and the breakfast host was so kind and welcoming. If you're coming to Bentleyville, book here with confidence.Bonus, if you have an EV, there's a level 2 charger.

Arrived here after a long 12 hour travel day. Front desk worker Andi was unfriendly and abrasive. Made my mom almost cry with her rude tone and condescending remarks when there was an issue with their credit card machine. TV didn’t work, room was mostly clean , but would recommend other hotel options.

Visited Pittsburgh with my family. The location was great, far enough from the city that it wasn’t loud, but close enough that it wasn’t a long drive each day for activities. Staff was caring and helpful. Housekeeping kept us with fresh towels each day and removed trash. The pool was a nice way to end long days and breakfast was just what we needed to get us going for a day full of activities!

The Best Western Garden Inn is a fine place to spend a night, or a few nights.The staff is pleasant and will help you in any way they can. Everyone I met seemed to take pride in their work.The rooms are very clean.The breakfast is so good, with some of the best coffee around.I would stay there again. I have recommended this place to my family, which is high praise. I would never want them to stay anywhere that is subpar, or even average.

We stayed here for 3 nights and it was a great experience from start to finish. Check in was seamless. Andi was friendly and helpful. We were happy to find our room included a sofa. The tv had nearly 200 channels available and the WiFi service was better than we’ve experienced in other hotels. We made good use of the coffee maker, fridge and microwave. The king size bed was beyond comfortable, especially for a hotel!Breakfast was available until 10:00 every morning and it was great. Lots of variety and an excellent coffee machine! The gentleman looking after the breakfast bar did an amazing job. The place is spotlessly clean and he kept everything well stocked and hot. The housekeeping staff were also amazing. Even the stairwells were kept clean.I saw an electric vehicle car charging station in the parking lot. And there are plenty of options within a very short walking distance for food. McDonalds, Burger King, Pizza Hut, a Pilot Travel Centre with a Cinnabon inside and a Dollar General, where we bought paper plates and plastic cutlery for our Pizza Hut pizza and Cinnabons!It was a 20 minute drive to Washington and a 45 minute drive to Pittsburg. I highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking for somewhere quiet, clean and friendly to stay. We will be back.

Hidden from the road and tucked neatly behind the hustle and bustle of the little town it's located in. Got beautiful sleep because you CANNOT hear the highway!! Can't hear traffic. It's close enough to easily jump back on the highway and continue your travels. Beds were comfy water was hot food was good.👍👍Rooms: Roomy and comforts of home. Wifi is easy to hook up with ps4 but only 1 mirror in our room.Nearby activities: Quaint little town to explore.Safety: No need to worry about kids or pets on the road...it's far enough from that to breathe stress-freeFood & drinks: Close to Burger King and McDonald's and a pilot truck stop.Noteworthy details: Super pet friendly!!! Can't see it from the road..but signs are easy to miss.. a wonderful location close to intestate yet enough distance to mute all the traffic.

I was in town for my mothers funeral/celebration of life ceremony, and the rooms were not very clean and had stains on the walls and furniture. The curtains were also very stained and it made me not want to touch them. There was a desk and office chair in my room that was ripped and torn and filled with large, very visible food crumbs. It was disgusting. It looks like they spent a lot of money renovating the lobby and common areas, but the rooms themselves are a bit outdated. Most of the wait staff were pleasant, but I was met with a rude receptionist more than once. At one point I had asked the front desk for a towel for the pool area as their weren't any left and was told no because "they didn't have enough because people kept stealing them". The next time I travel to the area I will pay a little more to stay in a nicer hotel 15 minutes down the road.
