My Luna walks in as a hot mess and hollering at everyone, and comes out, still hollering at everyone, a new and pretty hot mess, just cleaner and a trimmed down coat. The girl is just an all around hot mess with a lot to say about how much she loves Petco!

The groomer wasn't very nice .She had mistaken my diog for someone else's dog.She had processed to say mean things about him."she told my husband that our dog needed to be neutered.He's been neuter since he was a puppy. He is now four years old???My husband and I felt confused. Anytime we had taken Gunner there .They would tell us what a sweet heart he was.Our dog is not aggressive. He LOVES ❤️People and he loves ❤️ water.In the summer it's hard to keep him out of the pool.I truly believe petco owes us an apologize.We are very good customersLook up our account.Well I guess thats all I have to say.

I had a grooming appointment with Stephany ay 9 am on the 21st. She did a great job of grooming Emma and she is the person i ask for whenever it is time for grooming. She always makes suggestions on the grooming and care of Emma. It is greatly appreciated.

My dog has been going to Petco for 10 years, he's gotten older obviously but his groomer DANIELLE told my husband that our dog can't come back because he can't stand up enough for her to groom because he has bad legs & terrible arthritis which he takes meds for, so basically my dog got old & they don't want anything to do with him ANYMORE! My dog is older & has problems with his legs but groomers there SHOULD KNOW HOW TO DEAL WITH SENIOR DOGS! I'm furious & will be contacting their corporate office

They did an ok job. My dogs didn't smell clean, but they were easier to bath at home after the cut.

Simply because Brooke is the best.. my dogs both love her, and I feel her care for the pets is genuine.. they both come home looking perfect - and within a normal timeframe!! I would follow her to another store if she ever left. not only because of her grooming skills, but more importantly because of how she treats the pets... Thank you Brooke (-Duke and Earl)

I've been there a couple of times, and just really didn't connect with the groomers which isn't good for me, but this time I connected with Dottie, and she was great! She totally understood what I wanted done and did a FANTASTIC job! I was so impressed with Her and her work that I made sure I booked her for his next session. I also LOVE, LOVE, LOVE, the "speedy service" they offer, it works for me and my dog since I do not like him being put into a cage.

I've used Petco grooming services on Street Road twice and both times my Siberian husky has come back looking super handsome and clean! We are very happy with the service so far and will definitely be back! We've used other grooming services in the past and this is the best he's looked. I highly recommend Petco grooming!!

Newtown has a clinic called Brigde clinic Don't ever take you pet there for any kind of surgery. I believe not 1 person has the knowledge to be said their any good.BEWARE 😢 Never ever have I seen anything like it for the best Ever groomer Call Blue Pooch there the best Ever

I brought a photo of how I wanted my Bichon Frise's hair groomed.  I specifically went over it with the groomer and made sure I pointed out that I specifically wanted the round face and round head.  I even asked if I should leave the photo with her and she responded no.  When I came to pick my dog up, I was told by the groomer that she could not cut the nails on his front paws because he did not like it and was trying to bite her.  I brought the receipt to the cashier and realized there was another charger on the bill besides the grooming fee.  It was a scissor fee or something like that.  Well, the scissors surely were not used for the sanitary cut because there is so much hair on my dog's prepuce.  I'm not sure if it was even cut at all.  Now, I just noticed the hair in his ears was not plucked.  What the heck was done besides making my dogs head square instead of round and keeping his ears long.  I don't get it.  I should have opened my mouth yesterday and complained then, but I did not feel up to it or have the time to make a commotion about the lack of proper care.  It is a shame.  I do not know why I gave a tip or even paid for the half-assed grooming session. So now I will have to find another salon and pay again to get his nails cut, a sanitary trim, his ear hair plucked and his ears cut shorter. There's nothing I can do about how she butchered his head and face.  Apparently, there must be a discrepancy in what is considered round and what is considered flat because the top of my dog's head could not get any flatter.  SMH. I hope I never have to experience this again because I am not going to be nice and calm when I pick my dog up.  Maybe I should just blast this all over social media to let the public know how Petco takes care of the grooming customers.

Samantha's nails were so long and everytime I would get my dog groomed at other places, they never cut them short enough. I asked for them to be grinded down and this tech did exactly that. They look wonderful and I know I wont have to worry about them for a good while

They wouldn’t cut my dogs hair because he was diagnosed with beginning stages of heart failure. I hope they aren’t denied care during their end of life. Shame on them.

Love how Carol handled my Niko ,told her he has had a rough time in past ,she was responsive to my concerns and did not brush me off .One hour later happy puppy happy life.My only complain was price was different then stayed on line ,but that's on me for not asking before service.
