Brand new pet store that has nearly everything you would need!The staff is extremely friendly and attentive. The store has live animals, fish, and cats for adoption. Really great store with great service from knowledgeable staff. Very happy this store opened up here. I can’t wait to start getting everything I need at such a convenient location!

I took my dog to get groomed today and gave her, per doctors orders, 1/2 a benadryl to keep her calm during the car rise and nail trim. I was informed upon arrival that they couldn't groom her for that reason. I understand every company has policies and procedures, but how am I, the customer, supposed to know them? If I was informed of this policy while making the appointment, I would've either done it myself or taken her to the vet. I didn't appreciate staff giving me attitude for not knowing policy and being irritated with me for not booking again. I'm switching my dog off their food brand and I'm never shopping there again, which is a shame because I genuinely love the store, but being treated rudely isn't worth saving $1 every few weeks.

I go there regularly for supplies for my 65 Gallon fish tank. They have good variety and is a clean and tidy store. Prices are very competitive as well. For me it’s a one stop shop to get supplies for my birds and fishes at one place.

It's always a friendly and welcoming store here. I recently adopted a Shih Tzu and was researching groomers in the area. This task can be overwhelming and since there's no reviews on grooming here, I wanted to let everyone know that Christine was fantastic. She treated my dog with care and offered some recommendations based on her fur type. My dog was also at ease and didn't seem stressed out so that's a win.

The store is one of the neatest pet stores I have ever seen! They are super helpful and knowledgeable about all animals and even helped with great advice for my senior dog. Our dog hates baths so their help with the self serve dog wash area has been MUCH needed and appreciated! Definitely recommend to anyone who truly loves their animals.

This new store is huge and very clean with excellent customer service and support. Almost every thing was available which we needed for our canine. Reasonably priced. It was fun shopping at this new store. Highly recommended.

1 st time using their self-serve bath for my dog Hunter. The area is clean, bright, generous amount of clean towels to use. Shampoo and conditioner available. Three bathing stations, nice size. Highly recommend.

I REALLY WISH THE CAT ADOPTION CAGES WERE BIGGER! WHY ARE THEY SO SMALL?! They put all this merchandise around the area they clearly have more room for the cages. These poor animals. So sad everytime I go in.

stopped in Saturday for a few supplies and was surprised to see such an improvement from the first time back in Sept - the animals looked happy! clean, organized helpful staff (I think the manager). Will be coming back

This was so much cheaper than pet co the owner is a really nice and helpful while I was trying to buy cat food I was trying to find the best ingredients and nutritional value in the food and the owner took time out of his busy schedule to help me buy some cat food. Highly recommend pet owners to try it out!

Very nice store and friendly staff but the prices are outrageous, I can go to petco which is 1/4 mile away and get the balls I get for my dog $3 dollars cheaper. I would love to shop here but way to expensive.

I was excited to check it out I spoil my dog and spend tooo much on toys and bones so when I saw BOGO sign in window I went in a proceeded to pick out 2 BOGOs 1 for my neighbors dog. When the nice man rang me up only one gave me the BOGO and the cashier didn’t know why either. Now the manager is called and it was pretty much settled when and asked “so do you still want them”. Yes please but the sign doesn’t say that. The gentleman that had first rang me up only to have the manager void the order and start again, went out to read the sign. I asked does it say limit one per customer and he said no and something letting Eric know. Oh well what can I do but be angry and start a big fuss and have no toys to take home. I paid my $55 and left. Nice store though.

Purchased a pet and supplies amounting over 300 dollars from them only for it to perish days later , when contacted they told me no refund would be sent sold a sick animal to a paying customer . cage and other accessories contaminated with sickness of animal they sold and refused a full refund terrible service and no remorse for their carelessness and inconvenience of a single mother . I would truly not recommend their services to anyone .
