I have found that many of the places I shop have very poor customer service. I have gone to paul b in belleville, pa many time and have found an employee named Ezra to be extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the business a d products. He is one of the main reasons I keep going there. Always a great attitude and smile and never trying to hurry you.

Clean store but customer service is seriously lacking.We brought our lawn mower and weed whacker in for routine service. Nothing was broken on either. They took A MONTH to get them back to us and immediately they did not work well. When we arrived to pick them up it took the staff 30 minutes just to find our mower and whacker. They were dirty and not cleaned up. The cost was much higher than expected or needed.

This is a local hardware store the way they used to be. Friendly staff who can either help with a question or find someone else who can, good service and local enough that it means I don't need to keep my own stock of all sorts of things on hand.Being a local store they don't have the space to offer the same variety as the big box stores and the prices are usually a little higher (not much, typically not enough to make it worth driving to the faceless big box stores). I'd rather spend the money here and support a local business, especially when the local business supports me back the way they do here.
