I am disappointed in this store. They built a new one around a year ago and it was nice for awhile but it is already going downhill. It’s not as clean as it could be. The shelves aren’t stocked very well and they aren’t stocked neatly. There are random boxes and other things sitting in the aisles so it’s hard to get around with a cart. I guess overall it’s ok if you need to get just a few things but it’s definitely not the best store out there!

So convenient to have right down the street. The staff are mostly all very friendly and helpful. I also hear rumor that they are going to be opening a new store in town in place of the old one!Side Note: Ok, so other reviewers have said it, some aspects of the store are not the cleanest in the world....Let's get past that as Dollar General Corporate doesn't really enable staff with the means to keep things sparkling clean, they are pretty cheap when it comes to that.

I really like coming here. They remodeled it not long ago and it's really nice. It's quite big for a Dollar General and it has a whole wall, front to back, of refrigeratored and freezered food so you literally can pick up something for dinner. The staff are extremely nice and welcoming and always have a smile to greet you with.

Nice new store in Belleville. Plenty of inventory. Had the automotive items I needed. Personnel were helpful. Parking ample. Hard to turn left coming back on to Route 655 southbound - traffic always heavy.

Store is getting dirty. Not being taken care of. No staff, long lines. Only thing nice is it is convenient.

My 90 year old gram got a giftcard for birthday and went to use it here and she gave it to them to ask how much was on it and they took it and wouldn't give it back and made here pay for her stuff! Down right disgusting!!

This is a go to stop when we go to big valley. Lots of good stuff in there . Mostly clean the employees are nice

Chances are nobody really needs to read a review of a place like the Dollar General. It is what it is, much like any other Dollar General. Maybe you'll find what you need, maybe you won't. This one is a new building so doesn't feel as old and tired as some branches do.
