I would give it zero stars. Terrible customer service. Went in bought something and asked if they would buy a 5$ roll of dimes. Because I was doing laundry next door. And they said no.🤔 You’re a multi million dollar company. Thanks for not helping out people in the community.

The parking situation is tight, fewer parking spaces yet more customers want to use the pharmacy which tends to get backed up, staff aren't fast enough. The parking lot seems to have one way traffic and if so, the store should post do not enter signs on their lot indicating it's only one way, they already have CVS parking only signs on the lot and too many people enter the parking lot the wrong way because there's no signs prohibiting it which could cause safety issues.

It's sad....20+ years I've been with them and I have watched the pharmacy slowly collapse. Years ago there was a pharmacist called Gloria....she was great; knew my name, said "Hi", called me with questions or warnings she noticed. Since she left they come and go so fast I can't keep up w/ who is lurking in the back Currently they have a pharmacist named Zethan who has been exceptional to me....If they lose him I'm afraid the store will slide into the abyss. At first I thought that I might be overly critical but having done some research.....it aint just me.....nationwide people are getting sick of CVS . They can't keep any employees of worth because they simply underpay and overwork their employees. Typical corporate behavior............

Meds are NEVER ready!!! Pharmacy staff hates their jobs!!! None of them are friendly like the old crew. They are unhappy all the time. Doc can call in meds 3 to 4 hours ahead of time and still not ready. I miss the old crew. New staff is miserable, and slow. I feel very sorry for them. CVS should have treated prior staff better then maybe you wouldn't be staffing people that don't want to be doing the job they are hired to do.

They have cash back listed on CVS website for all locations, and it even shows up when you pay with your debit card, yet they claim "not to do it" lol I think they just don't want too. All the staff are rude and literally cut you off before you can finish a sentence. "Do you have cashba-" "NO" okay then. I only ever go in there to use the ATM because it's near my house. Never buying anything from them again.

I have been coming here for 15+ years! The only good thing about this pharmacy is getting to know the pharmacy techs. INCREDIBLY SLOW, despite having called in the night before and being told my scripts were ready. When in the morning I was told it is a 25 minute wait because other people are waiting but only 2 others in the store. Checking into moving else where!

My only complaint is how the woman at the pharmacy answers your call and questions.She's very rude and sounds like the caller is a nuisance. She clearly doesn't want to be there.

The lady that works behind the cash register followed me out to the parking lot the other day because she wasn’t doing her job so I put my drink on the counter and left the store and the cashier followed out side her name is Sara Whitehall and the had been multiple complaints about the lady and her behavior

Wrote this review to agree with other customers about the Pharmacist here. The pharmacist, in my opinion, is out of line. She is not a doctor and does not make policy. Further, she should actually be helpful to customers instead of asserting her authority (or lack therein). I will never go back, period. Corporate was informed of the behavior -- I doubt anything will change.

The pharmacy staff at this store is so nice. They are always helpful and patient with their customers. I can't say enough nice things about them. This is a very busy location but the staff always conducts themselves in a very professional manner.

They tend to take a long time to deal with filling your prescription if it hasn't been auto-filled. I understand needing to wait a bit, but multiple times I have gone and taken a seat and waited over 30 minutes. They said they'd call for me when it was ready, but I think they just forgot I was there because I wasn't standing at the counter harassing them.It's not always awful, but I regularly spend 10+ minutes just picking up something that's already been filled.Right now their phones are totally screwed up. I keep calling the pharmacy and am in the hold queue and just get hung up on. I can get through to the person at the front of the store, but all she will do is transfer me back. I've been hung up on a dozen times just trying to make sure a new prescription gets filled.

Pharmacy tech was incredibly rude to me for asking a simple question, the actual pharmacist was paying no attention, my questions were pushed aside rudely. I have never been treated like this by a CVS before in my life.

I went in to print and the man at the register was very unhelpful. He walked away and instead of offering help when I asked he would give me one word answers. Very bad service. My picture that I paid ten bucks for came out terrible and small.

If you can get past the fact that they will give you an attitude. And they take forever to fill your meds. Call atleast 2 hours in advance. They may have it ready then . Poor customer service

I don’t know about anyone else but I find it very annoying every time I walk in the store at least 3 people greet me, then constantly bother me while I’m looking around, wanting to know if they can help me, follow me around like I’m gonna steal something, just leave me alone if I need help I will come find you!!!! Funny thing is though when it’s check out time no one is around! Again please don’t yell at me when I walk into your store “HELLO” damn so annoying!!!

The store is a little old and small, recently updated some, but I have always found the people to be friendly and helpful. Any script sent in from my Dr has always been ready when I arrive 15 min later.
