First, the water is good for drinking and it is very refreshing as it comes from the water dispenser. Second, with the delivery service you get a schedule of regular deliveries and if you don't need water, you can adjust the schedule without penalty (but you have to let them know in advance to skip a delivery). The delivery service is good. When they say they will be there, they are there. Third, you can set up autopay which is helpful if you spend time away from the delivery point. Fourth, the company responds to all queries promptly. I wish all service companies were as easy to work with.

Having experienced months & months of no follow-up with a local private business owner, I turned to Culligan to assist in getting a filtered water system for my house. Night & day difference… Thomas immediately followed up from my initial message and on a Saturday home football weekend, he came to my home to discuss my options & test my water. I’m not a scientist but the test results were disturbing. So within a couple weeks, Doug was here to do the installation & everything went like clockwork. I was so pleased with the service I received from these two gentlemen & after many years of wanting clean water in my home, I finally have it. The reverse osmosis system has been a remarkable improvement & I couldn’t be happier. My thanks to Culligan for delivering exceptional service & professionalism.

We have been a customer with Culligan Water since 1981. They are there with any problems you may run into, (which we haven’t had problems.) The personal folks are extremely friendly.In 2023 we switched to the new Culligan System they offered us. What a difference. Our water pressure more then doubled. We can drink our water. That’s how great Culligan cleans everything out of our water.With the new system, Culligan only comes to your home a few times a year. That is to check the system for working conditions, plus addd salt.Culligan is the one!!

These guys are good. From the original consultation to the install. Water system has been in for a little over a year. Our water was bad, sulpher, particulate matter, etc. But now is clear and clean. Brian the install tech is awesome and professional. Cannot recommend this company enough to anyone needing clean healthy water.

I contacted several places for a new water softener. The one I had was no longer working and the company no longer in State College. It was important for me to find a local company that has been around for a long time and who has a stable business. That way, when a repair is needed I can just make a phone call. My parents had Culligan when I was young so I knew this company and their prices were better than other places I contacted. I purchased a water softener and filter and am renting the water osmosis system. Thomas was very knowledgeable about the systems and understood what would work best for me. I have a very challenging basement but Doug was great with the install. Highly recommend Culligan, Thomas, and Doug!BTW, Thomas and Doug were masked at all times which is comforting during the pandemic.

While at the Culligan shop today picking up salt I mentioned to the sales rep that I had a question concerning automatic regeneration programming and she asked one of their technicians (Doug) to talk to me. He answered my questions and then spent about 30 minutes given me additional details and information on my water softener. It was great information and I really appreciated the amount of time that he spent providing the additional information. I’ve been a Culligan customer for 8 years and i like the system and have always been happy with the service and I really appreciated the extra assistance I received today

Amazing customer service! We pushed off getting a water softener for 3 years. I wish I would have called sooner! Thomas came to our house the week I called and the system was installed shortly after. We ended up getting the filtered water beside our kitchen sink too. Best purchase ever. The water is delicious and we are saving so much after not buying bottled water! Our dog loves it too, so that is a huge plus.

I love my Culligan Water system. The day I called I got to talk to a really nice person who then scheduled me only a couple days out with the best representative named Thomas. When Thomas came to my house, he was really nice but also knows a lot about his job and was very efficient at it. He made it feel like I've known him for years. Then the day came and the technician named Doug, also with a helper named Mark showed up to my house for the install. They were both really great. They did the install and during it Doug found a piece that was broke in my s-trap. Doug explained exactly what I needed and I ran to Lowes, got the piece, and they replaced the piece for me. After they installed it, they walk me through the whole system and how it worked and what to expect. A couple days later, Thomas came back to check up on anything and made sure I was happy with this purchase! I can't say enough good words about these three guys and the Culligan company! If you're thinking about a Culligan System, don't think anymore, just do it!

Although the people were nice and the water system works pretty well, our salesman lied to us. We were told if we rented the system that culligan would service the unit and deliver the salt with the set monthly payment. This is not the case. We pay a monthly payment and then pay extra for any salt or service. So be Leary when renting the system because it may be better to buy instead of rent. We only went with culligan because we thought they would do the maintenance if we rented from them.

We built a new house and had a well drilled. There were some problems with the water quality that needed to be corrected. Culligan was great to work with in helping to identify the problem and develop a solution. I was particularly impressed with the excellent customer service. Due to the COVID19 virus I was scheduled to receive the bags left outside my door. I had no way to get the bags in the house down the basement steps and over to the water softener the month it was due. When they called the next month I asked if there was any way they could deliver them, carry them downstairs and empty them into the container. They were accommodating and we were able to work something out to help me. I really appreciate their understanding and willingness to help. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. Everybody at Culligan from the ladies in the office to the technician that came out and installed my system was very reliable and easy going. By far the best tasting water I've had. The salesman really knew what he was talking about when he tested my water and was on point. If you have a personal well your not sure your water is fit, call the Culligan man they will get you fixed up!
