Stopped at store for HVAC info. Advised to email Justin Witherite. No response after 2 emails. Then, contacted store through Angie's list as 2nd option. Made an appt. No one showed. I was then called by Triangle and said Angie's list doesn't work with them for appts. Not sure why they pay for a service that is not compatible with their business. Now I made appointment directly with Triangle. No one showed for appt again nor did they call to say they were not coming. Cost me time and money from my job multiple times. Very disappointed.Rental Center folks are great through!

Triangle Building recently installed mini-splits in our home. It was a very good experience all the way around from Seth who came out to estimate the job, to Gabe and Dave who did the installation work. They worked efficiently and professionally and did not leave until the job site was thoroughly cleaned. Thanks!!!

Rj came to fix a heating problem I was having, the whole time he walked me and my family through each step of what he was doing, gave us many different options on how to go about our problem and reassured us if we needed anything to give him a call. We were so beyond grateful to have him working with us, and we can’t thank him enough for being so kind.

I spend a lot of time at Triangle buying materials or getting tools repaired at the rental station. I have always had a wonderful experience. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. They remind me what is on sale or what is going to be on sale. The rental is also helpful and knowledgeable when repairing my tools They always get them returned to me as soon as possible. The men working in the lumber yard are also very knowledgeable and helpful. Everyone at Triangle always make me feel welcome. Keep up the great work.

Called to get estimate for windows. They came and measured and said they would get back to us with prices. Called them twice and left messages with Scott's assistant.nthey never called or tried to contact IUs in an way. Contacted YBC and they ordered and have the windows in in a timely manner. Long story short don't use triangle.

If I could give negative stars I would but I can't. I went with these people to do my roof signed the papers back in April. They never called once to let us know what was going one we had to call them Everytime . finally they got tired of us calling so the sales manager Scott said he was done with us and that where we lived was a bad place to work. He backed out of the contract leaving all materials for us to pick up. Then we we did finally get there they had no idea what they were doing. Took almost two hours to get our supplies then they only gave us the metal even though the contract stated the wood as well. I will never and I mean never give this place my busy again. They are pathetic.

Only once have I left there without what I needed (an obscure 1950s window sash part), whether it was a bit of knowledge or a thing. Some stuff is more expensive than big box but usually worth it: the paint and stains are the best. But some stuff is cheaper: the lumber. And it's high quality. Love this place.

I was there yesterday, and saw 7 employees. 6 of them did not wear any type of face protection, and the one who did didn't have his nose covered. A woman came in, realized she forgot a mask, and being responsible, put her shirt over her face, and the employee laughed and said not to bother.In addition, I have always found the selection and prices to be very poor here. Even after all this is over with COVID, I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

Great customer service with Tom in the rental center. The team there does what they can to get you the right equipment and fit it into your schedule. The hardware store is a little "hit and miss" as far as depth of knowledge goes (depending on the job) but they strive to help and/or find someone that can. A little pricey but, in most cases, the CS balances things out.

Very good staff, very helpful. The only thing I would ask Triangle to do, is to, put a ramp around the front entrance close to the front door. I had a hard time getting up the high walkway as I just had foot surgery.

Highly recommend, whether it is for building supplies or for boards to break for a karate tournament they have it. They also have some of the most knowledgeable helpful staff that makes the big box stores look totally inexperienced by comparison.
