They were so wonderful! My dog had a terrible ear infection and they really cared and felt bad for him . They have him on 3 prescriptions and we go back in a week.

The vet and everyone working there are so kind and helpful. I didn't have enough money because I wasn't expecting a sick kitten, and they gave me what I needed asap and I went back for the rest the next day (thankfully). I recommend them totally!! Charlie is feeling much better! I have to take him back soon for a checkup and shots.

The wait time to see the veterinarian was minimal. The check-in time was also minimal. The vet and tech were both friendly and professional. They understood the issues with our cat. There was an explanation of everything they were doing as they did it. It was great that our cat felt comfortable with them and stayed very calm during the visit. The price was very reasonable. In all the visit was quick, friendly, professional, and affordable. Would definitely recommend.

They saved our kitten! We got in immediately and was treated so kindly. The vet & techs were very informative and really took their time with us. Most vets are in such a rush so it was nice for once to really be heard & for them to give him such great care. They were able to treat our kitten we just adopted who had a URI. I could tell he was feeling so much better that evening. Great experience & the price was very reasonable!

While the overall service at the time of visit was descent I think there should be a better process or set up for quick visits that are just for routine shots like your mobile clinics in the region. We waited 2 hours for routine care and there was no waiting area to sit in. I would recommend working with the Pet Store to build out a space with some chairs for people to sit in instead of having them stand in the store aisle with the patrons. Thank you

Too much time for you to stand up to wait for your turn to c the vets get more seat or call u it's your turn to be seen not just standing around for hours but they give good service but for a price lol not cheap

Everyone at the wellness center was kind, compassionate, and caring. The vet took a lot of time with my 13-year-old dog and was very patient. They were thorough and professional. The treatment they gave my dog was outstanding. Highly recommend! Happy to find such loving professionals.

I brought my kitty in for his first drs visit and they were wonderful. The staff and Dr was very informative. They let me ask questions as they went on with the exam. They made sure he's healthy.

It's OK but they push to many add ons so the next time I'm just going to pay my Vet instead even knowing it's a bit more expensive but more detailed too. Vip Petcare isn't a quick fix so go to your Vet!

Doesn't have to be appointments but yet a virtual waiting list for sometimes all customers come at once and may not be seen that day due to high volume

FANTASTIC SERVICE Every time ! Dr. Jen takes such care with the pets. The associates who assist in the wellness center are so kind & patient. Everyone answers ALL questions & concerns regarding the pets. Oh, WHAT SAVINGS you receive when you JOIN the Wellness Plan ! So Worth a small monthly subscription when you do have to take your pet in. The Wellness Clinic keeps all your pets info. and we love the fact that they send emails notifying if your pets are due for vaccines and what your pet may be due on, like nail trim, blood work results. Nice reminders. They don't miss a beat and your emailed pet records show explanations of why you visited and what care was given to your pets. We have SAVED a lot at checkout with the discounts that are applied. Very CLEAN establishment & Superb Pet Care given~ Highly Recommend

I'm glad there is such a place to take my cats for minor situations or shots. Trying to get an appointment with regular vets takes weeks in advance. I would give the care the techs and Dr. gave my cats,an AA++.

The VIPpet care was OK, the biggest thing was the wait time where there was no where to sit, had to stand for two hours had to finally sit on a container of cat liter. At least have 10 chairs, over all only area that was fast was the exam

Dr. Friend and her assistants were amazing! They worked diligently to save a kitten I found that was in extremely poor condition. The kitten's prognosis was not good. The kitten is now thriving and doing very well. So grateful to Dr. Friend and her assistants for caring and making an extra effort to save this unfortunate kitten. Highly recommend this vet.

Awful experience refused to check me in when I got there sat and waited for an hour in a half still not checked in only to be turned away for service. Woman who came in after me was checked in and would be seen but not me even asking to check in for an hour and a half. Don't go here be warned.
