I don't know why this store is so expensive!!!!! I only go there for sale items. I can't afford to pay those prices. Also they do not take any OTC cards which sucks as well because everyone around me ends up at giant eagle because of that. Also, store manager was completely rude to me and wouldn't accept my rain check because it was one day off. Well I stopped in the whole week and they didn't have the product so I kept it until they got product in and he knew that because I told him and he still denied me. He said we only do that for our regular customers. What a ****.

Today really bummed me out. I have had a few bad experiences but today I just had to change my review. I am sad that the hot foods is never open when I go ( even at 3pm in the afternoon) and deli is hardly ever open.) The thumbprint are still 4.99 but I thought someone just ate two out of the box... no all the containers only have 10 cookies. It should be advertised or in a different package only 10 for 4.99 instead of the usual 12 for 4.99. Then since hot foods was closed the chicken. Was all packaged I really needed chicken thighs. I grabbed a bag that said 3 chicken thighs and thought perfect won't have to get 2 bags... well silly me for not opening and checking the bag hot home and only 2 pieces of chicken breast were in the bag. Why couldn't they just actually label it correctly so this pregnant lady actually got what she wanted.The prices also have been increasing and I haven't seen many good sales lately.

cant handle a dozen donuts-not a joke-but this store is.how does a grocery store with a giant bakery demand you pre order donuts a day in advance? then tell you they just pull them from the freezer, then package them like they got dropped on the floorthe places selection lacks anyways so getting anything other than in a pinch shopping done is tough not to mention clueless staff. Avoid

My only major issue is nobody in the entire store including the buggy guys to go get the grocery buggies make sure that the carts for the handicapped are plugged in in constantly charging there's one outlet and there's no way to charge any more than two of them that are side by side and 90% of the time they're almost dead or dead as far as power goes and it's a disappointment that nobody puts in any effort to make sure that they're charged

They do not carry Vlasic old fashioned sauerkraut. The other options available were either Polish or unlabeled what kind. Also, the bagged sauerkraut was in the middle of the meat case, which I thought was a weird place for it.Deducted another star bc there was only one cashier and the self checkout asked for a phone number for the loyalty points, but did not offer an option to enter it.

Produce on the shelves is almost always near spoiling if not fully spoiled. Be mindful to check dates on all items. So many things I’ve bought were already expired when I finally got home and noticed the expiration dates. The deli people hate doing their job. God forbid you have to ask them to cut something. They literally tried getting my husband to buy a lunch meat that was already cut instead of what he wanted. On another occasion, one of them said something under her breath about my 4 year old touching the glass case.

This store is so insanely over priced its comical. Just to put it into perspective, most of their costs are double Walmart and 30% more than Giant Eagle. One good thing is its always empty so you dont have to worry about crowds or lines.

The store is very clean. Staff members are very friendly and helpful. They are always nice when asking where I could find certain products. Definitely one of very few places I do my grocery shopping.

Always have a good deal happening. Many times I have had dealings with the deli they go out of their way to help very good local grocer great selections always someone close for help if needed

Very disappointed they had the best grab and go hoagies for the longest time. Grabbed a ham hoagie tonight it was pretty bad. Only two thin slices of ham on it they did have baked ham now they have boiled ham on them. Very disappointed the quality and the price of it!

Great store! Majority of the staff is friendly and helpful. The parking lot is usually not filled with carts, which can be annoying. The store is typically clean and the shelves are stocked. The lines are sometimes exceptionally long, so allow for ample check out time. On occasion, I find minor annoyances, but they often cease to exist during the next visit. Overall would recommend, this is one of the few stores that I do not loathe going to for my weekly groceries.

We shop here weekly. I've actually quit going to my standalone butcher because the meat department here is amazing. They make a ton of different sausages in house, and have no problem making big batches of them if you need them.

This store is a joke, always out of stock on alot of things, Customer service is always closed, I came in here at 10 am to go to customer service and its closed, then the clerk gets an attitude because the boss told her to open, went in another day at 8:30 and was told Customer service does not open until 9 or 9:30, this store opens at 7 am, Customer service should open at the same time. The manager needs replaced by someone who can get the job done.

Great store to go too. Never busy. Parking lot recently redone. A lot to pick from in the deli and hot foods. Bakery section is very good as well. Always clean and neat. Staff is very friendly and helpful

I go here to get ingredients for recipes for dinner only and sometimes a snack. I would not do my big shopping here, as they overcharge for EVERYTHING. Self checkouts close TOO EARLY. They also malfunction alot and block you from scanning items due to "unexpected item in bagging area" even though you scanned said item. It also has to show you an animation of someone removing an item from the bagging area like they think you're 3 years old. It's hit or miss with the lottery counter, they close when they feel like it as there seems to be no rhythm or rhyme as to what time they close. High prices and self checkout problems aside, this is a decent store.

The prices here are outrageous!!! I only go to the store to get things that are on sale or if I just need one or two things. The store is clean and employees are nice just their prices are crazy.

Deli has the best salami I've ever bought. I'm very picky about where i buy meat, but the meat section was more affordable than other places, and the meat is very good.

Rostraver Shop n Save is by far the BEST one in the area! It's always clean and well stocked. They always have lots of their sale items & the staff & sales associates are helpful and courteous. But where's the IBC Black Cherry & Cream Soda pops? If you like Lemon Hint water, this is the place to get it.

The "ham-off-the-bone was delicious! The bags of coleslaw were not dated. The cashier was an older woman new to the job. Not only was she unsure of procedures, she talked too much. The head cashier should have been with her
