WOW! That’s all I can really say. The workers are extremely rude. The cashier didn’t even acknowledge me and played on her phone. Her name was Kaelyn. I know people don’t like to work but it genuinely takes nothing to treat someone with human decency. This is happened at two locations of psp now. Took a look at their fish they have ich and half were dead! So disappointed and upset.

Excellent store with great customer service. Went there to get dog food for my new puppy I was very limited on funds...the cashier offered to use her own discount card so we can save a little on the dog food... I can't even express how much that helped us her kind deed made a big difference and warmed our hearts.

I've been coming to pet supplies for a long time, but today was the first day we decided to use their vet. Let me tell you it was the first and the last time. We weren't even in the room and the assistant guy literally talked down to me like I was stupid, made comments like idk why women want big dogs, and so on. If this dog that I just adopted didn't need ear drops I would of walked the he'll out of there. I have never been treated with so much disrespect and there prices aren't any cheaper then a reg vet.

It is so nice to have a pet store nearby!! We have 5 guinea pigs and a demanding corgi-their curbside service is THE BEST whenever one of the girls needs something. The store is always clean and the staff has always been nice.Also, Sam in the grooming salon is FANTASTIC. Maggie can be a little nervous, but she is so excited to see Sam for her monthly spaw treatment❤️ This picture was right after she was groomed today:)

The store is nice and it's clean and they've got a decent selection of things but I was disappointed in how few outfits that they have for dogs as far as clothing goes some people like the dress their dogs however their selection was extremely small and it was scattered all over the whole store so there was no designated area specifically for dog clothes so if you're a dog lover I wouldn't suggest going there to get dog clothes

Prices are a little high but they have a good selection of kitten food which a lot of other places do not! I appreciate the coupons they were giving that helps and the point system towards money off as well!All the employees have been very nice!!

Omg. My 6 month puppy just was groomed there and we walked in all the young girls came running over to oooh and gooo over him! He’s a 8lb yorkie. And his bath and cut all over was so nice! They did a great job! I’ll b taking my long haired cat next( if they even groom cats!!?). Otherwise our pup will b goin back in a few weeks- steadily from now on- thank you !!

Picked up curbside for the first time. Ordered online that morning and the cat food was ready in the front in the evening as soon as I walked in. It saved me time, plus I was emailed a coupon.

Great place and helpful workers. This place has a vast selection of products for most animals. Always have sale prices and they have a rewards program. I was in most recently to find something to feed a flying squirrel that the cat brought home. Eve was very helpful and spent time with me recommending products. I could tell she enjoys her job and loves animals. This is the norm at this place. Good place, good people. Keep up the good work!

I usually shop here for my dog food and other needs. They have a self service pet wash station which is really convenient and nice. My previous time there was a little different, this time in I decided to buy a 55 gal fish tank and start an aquarium. I had never really interacted with the staff other than at the check out. But I'm pleased to say the young lady Mckenzie I dealt with while buying all my fish stuff was absolutely a star. She went above and beyond to help me. She was knowledgeable, polite, and professional. She helped me pick out all the items needed. She got me a cart to.put my new items in. She arranged to have my tank taken up to the front of the store while I finished shopping. She also helped me price match everything possible to get the best deals. I'm super happy with my purchase and really grateful for workers like her as well as the the other staff. I highly recommend this store for all your pet needs. I saved 150 dollars which is great as well!
