Very large book selection! Seamed to have wider aisles and more spacious than their other locations. Also cleaner and more employees. Checkout was quick as they opened more registers to accommodate.

2 tables with customers plus my table of 3. Total of 8 patrons in store. Problem with my food (ice cold mashed potatoes) informed server, instead of manager coming to see me, they told my server what to say although Restaurant was nearly empty. Not satisfied at all, meatloaf was Imediocre at best. DO BETTER PEOPLE....MERRY CHRISTMAS

Was disappointed with the book section, it use to be really good and one cashier was forced to deal with so many customers after asking another girl to come up twice before I think a manager got 4 other girls up front.

Typically can find items to purchase with good pricing. Disappointed that all the sling mesh chairs were gone..Can't buy something that's not there..but you can return if not needed!!!

GREAT STORE!! If you have never stopped at Ollie's, give it a whirl! Great store with lots of merchandise. If you're in the market for any type of books, try Ollie's... great selection and even better prices. I always come out with a cart full of items. This store has everything! As they say "good stuff cheap!!" Thumbs up!

Constantly feel harassed by cashiers to sign up for rewards card. I understand that it is their job but when I say no thank you, I need that to be respected. I was in there the other day and I told the woman mine doesn't work but I'm not worried about it, she said oh no problem I'll get you a new one. I continued to say no thank you I have to go. Expecting that to be the end of it. She then says rudely "everyone's always in a hurry" I told her that it was my decision if I wanted one and I don't want one. She then proceeds to try to convince me that I'll save money. I tell her that I don't care for how everytime I come in here the cashiers are so pushy with me. She then tells me she has to ask. I understand and respect she has to ask, but I don't know why it's in their training to continue to harass the customers. Just respect my no thank you and leave it at that.

Be prepared to be harassed at the register about the rewards card. Told her I didn’t have it and not to worry about it. Before I could even finish what I was saying she cut me off and said “No, I need it. That’s what everyone tells me. We’ve been getting in trouble for not signing people up” She needs to take that up with her boss then, not take her frustration out on customers. I was a cashier for years. I would of NEVER thought to speak like that to a customer. You don’t NEED anything. Not my problem. Won’t be back.

Great stuff cheap… the price you pay is having the cashier continuously harass you to sign up for an Ollie’s card even after you say no a bunch of times.Sure you can pick up great deals. But at what cost.

I like Ollies but have gotten a couple of items that were broken or didn't work and had to be returned. The return policy is a little tricky. They credited back to my card which took about 2 weeks for them to process. The store itself is what you would expect from a bargain outlet. It's usually hard to navigate the aisles due to clutter and narrow walkways. Staff is okay, usually not super helpful. Good deals, though, particularly on carpet remnants and sometimes they have unique food items. It's fun to go browse and there are good deals if you are lucky to find something you need.

Good stuff cheap part is true, now if only they would make their stores ADA compliant, so people could actually get down the aisles without crashing over stacks of merchandise or each other. They also need a LOT more cashiers because the checkouts get backed up so frequently and quickly due to so many pricing & item number issues...

Service is very slow. Only 1 cashier working and spends more time talking then getting the line moving. Lady was talking while a line of 10 people formed.

This is always a great place to find deals. We love shopping here and the specials are great. It is a bit overstocked but that is the appeal of the store. You never know hat you may find there.Employees are usually fun and helpful. Expect a wait to get out most times but that is fine for the savings.

Until recently I thought Ollie's was a local outlet store with it's own local Pittsburgh personality -- my daughter moved to Central Pennsylvania and I was surprised to see an Ollie's Outlet -- I decided to check with my buddies at Google and was surprised to find out over 240 of these unique stores exist -- recently our local store reset to include rolling warehouse style tables on wheels to display many of their offerings -- it's an outlet so what they have today isn't necessarily going to be there tomorrow -- recently expanded the toy selection and added as is major appliances -- books, books and more books -- any child will find some type of book to stay occupied

I love coming here! I get so many great deals. Inventory is always changing so if you see something you like, grab it that day. I signed up for their "ollies army" rewards and keep getting discount coupons in the mail. Alot of quality name brands at way less then other stores. Their return policy is really good too. A ton of good toys for younger kids, especially at Christmas!

I enjoy getting a bargain! Got a really good toaster oven there, bowl and a mixture. The bathrooms were enter at your own risk. They were really dirty. Otherwise you can get some good stuff cheep!
