The guy dealing with me was great, I believe his name was terry, they’re all very professional and do more than any other oil place does. They seem to care about you and want to make sure you’re driving a safe and stable car.

This is such a convenience. Perfect for people with hardly a minute to spare during the day, or for anyone who doesn't like spending the day getting an oil change. I went for the second time today. Everyone is VERY nice and they do a great job.

I was just traveling through from Massachusetts and had an issue with my brakes. I called and explained my problem and even though brakes aren’t really part of their service offering, they took my car in and had me back on the road a little later. They were super pleasant, price was more then fair, and I was so grateful! Felt totally blessed to have stumbled on them. Thanks again Hoods Up!

So, not only were they extremely friendly, they also took good care of me. Got me the oil I needed for my car, they checked and replaced the air filters, which I didn't even know needed done (and after they showed me them, it certainly looked like they needed replaced). I didn't wait 10 seconds to get serviced, I pulled up and they opened the garage door to service me immediately. Plus doing all that took them less than 10 minutes. The gentleman and I talked about hip-hop and he was super nice. Overall it was a great experience, I'm never going anywhere else for my oil change.
