The new store is awful. So much smaller and more crowded than the old store. It was so dark in there. I thought I still had my sunglasses on. The music has to go. Or at least turn it down a bit. It was hard to even have a conversation. Will not be back.

I was excited for their new store but unfortunately it's a downgrade. Aisles are so tight that if people come on both sides of you, you are totally stuck. The music is a bit headache inducing. Clothing is organized by size but not by type. Sweaters, dress shirts, and tees aren't separated. Prices just keep going up. I understand that prices are being raised to compensate for training or whatever but I feel like the store is no longer serving the community. Coats, for example, are often $20+, which is sad considering that coats are winter necessities.

I love that there’s a new store. But The row are too close together! Can’t walk down row if another shopper with cart! Can’t even look thru the shoes cause rows are too close together. Because shoes are on top of racks. Especially if someone in row with cart. Plus prices Definitely went up. !!!

Prices continue to increase. What you were once known for is gone. Just take away .99 cent day, no color tag of the week is even out on .99 cent day even though a day or two prior those color tags were on the racks. It’s as if you pull the color off the rack before Sunday. If you’re going to do that, just take away .99 Sunday.

Store was clean. Nice selection for size of store. And miss Sheryl and Cassie were really nice to me at check out . We gave our email to receive discounts. I would highly recommend this good Will. Thanks for the experience.

I apply to work at this Goodwill and they got me to the orientation process and I told them it's going to take me a day to get all my personal information and I kept them updated like they said for me to do and on my way to do the orientation the second time they called me back to tell me that the main higher up manager said that they were not going to go through the hiring process with no explanation other than it would be a good idea to not go through it case they are opening a new store and no other explanation. And if I was you I would not even try to apply cuz they might do the exact same thing to you.

I was looking for shoes for a bridal shower & was thrilled when I found not only them, but also another pair. I even found a pair of dress pants and 2 other pants. Was very impressed with the cleanliness of the store, the organization of the racks of clothes etc and friendliness of the employees.

The employees are great, I love the mission of goodwill which is to help provide people with jobs and job training. They treat all their customers great! I love to buy used clothes here because I usually end up ruining them. Bought a steelers sweatshirt, long sleeve dockers shirt 5$, suit jackets. All dry cleaned and smell nice. Store is very clean! I feel great donating to good will. Goodwill helps people like the elderly and disabled who want to work get jobs. A great organization all around.!

Managerger was rude nasty inconsiderate to my girlfriend. They don't care about their costermers. The bathroom was very diry. The floors was extremely dirty. Store waz 100 percent outdated

My daughter and I visited yesterday. We found alot of victoria secret shirts and a zip up hoodie. I found a blown glass oil lamp. You NEVER know what you will find at a discount!!

Their electronics section is nothing compared to what it used to be before they moved stuff around and most of their pants for men are from the 70's. I can find a good music CD but not very often. Not really worth the gas driving there honestly.PS. Sad that they don't sell the older CRT TV's anymore.

If all there going to sell is cloths than they should change there name to used cloths. And there prices for the broken items they do sell are a joke. I know they only want to sell all there other items online, but if whats left is so damaged that it should go in the dumpster then dont bother to put it on your store shelves.

Vast selection of merchandise due to a wide range of middle-upper class families in the surrounding area. Polite staff and clean store. Great weekly deals and daily discounts for students, veterans, elderly, etc.

A lot of the stuff is in pretty good shape, not to mention rare. I remember seeing a bright pink prom dress. Yet, a lot of the stuff is used. Therefore, you don't know where it's been.

Awful. Just because it's a thrift store doesn't mean it has to appear so run down. Shelves are a mess. What's really odd is that they are also expensive, sometimes more so than a brand new item from Walmart. Choose carefully. There are better thrift store options.
