This location has consistently provided good quality food and treats over my many years of visiting this location.The service is usually pretty quick except for evening hours on hot/summer days (drive thru line can sometimes extend out onto the adjacent roadway).

I spend between 10 and 20 dollars at this particular establishment every single day, sometimes multiple times a day and, aside from may one individual with a bad attitude or the occasional accidental mess up from a new hire, have never had any problem. I always go into the dining room to order because I like my blizzard with chocolate ice cream an extra cheesecake (simple enough right?) I pay $3 extra every time with no problem to have it this way. But tonight I got behind and didn't make it in time for the dining room and had to go through drive through where I was told, very rudely, that they couldn't make it. And after telling her that I come here and have it made like this literally EVERY SINGLE DAY the girl proceeds to tell me with an attitude that her general manner said they can't do it anymore. I've never seen a place treat such a loyal customer like that. But I have no problem taking all that money to herminie Dairy Queen instead since they at least appreciate the business. Just a shame what employee with a bad attitude can do to an otherwise great business. Smh.

Our order was taken quickly and fulfilled in a timely manner. We were permitted to come up after we finished our hot food to get our sundaes that came with our meal- which is excellent! They have the soda machine that dispenses all types of drinks and it is self serve. The restaurant was clean but the single restroom was really busy which made it difficult to wash hands before eating.Beware that the double cheese burger in the $6 meal deal is no longer a double but a single. After eating I did see a sign explaining that the double is no longer served with that particular meal because of the increase in meat prices. The single was okay but didn't taste as good.

Great service, clean establishment, has a fancy Coke machine, ice cream tastes good, hot foods are great. However, does not participate in corporate "Upside down or it free," Blizzard treat promo or accept coupons unless printed (including those from the DQ app). Any time I get a blizzard, all the good parts are on the bottom because it's not well mixed. I do not recommend Blizzards from this location.

I had ordered a BBQ chicken basket and a 2 for 4 with two blizzards. They lady even asked if I wanted sauce WITH my BBQ, so she knew I wanted BBQ but I had NO BBQ and no fries with the 2 for 4. They got the ice cream right and that's it. Shouldn't pay that money to not even get your food. Smh. Upon further inspection we found two hairs in our food.

Dairy Queen Grill & Chill is a great place to go in summer and even in spring and fall, it's still good. Food here is super good and their Ice cream is even better. This, to me, is a absolutely great restaurant and if your in the mood for a delicious cold treat or some hot grilled food. 5 Star.

Worst Dairy Queen on earth. Over the last month my family has went through the drive through twice. Each time they messed up our order and left a few things out. So when we got home I call and their solution is for me to waste my time and money to come back and get items. That just is not possible when your family is in the middle of eating. Their manager is also very rude and lacks basic customer service skills. This place has essentially stole my family’s money.

Love Dairy Queen! We got the soft pretzels and Oreo blizzards last time we were there! The employees were very fast and the soft pretzels were super hot and fresh. Delicious.
