If I could give a zero I would. The website clearly states that this is a walk ins and appointment clinic. I walked in at 10:30 in the morning. There was noone around, and 4 iPads to check in. All 4 iPads were not even turned on and functioning. Walked over to the pharmacy desk to ask of the minute clinic was open and the pharmacy tech was really snobby and said they are appointment only and that there is a kiosk over there to check for appointments. I told her that the "kiosks" were not on and that the website clearly says walk ins were welcome, and that I called in to the central scheduling line to inquire about how it works and she even told me walk ins welcome. I was just met with complete and total unprofessional attitude from the pharmacy tech, slow blinks and "from my understanding they are appointment only" I informed her that's fine if that's the case but their website and central scheduling says otherwise and again met with unprofessional attitude, slow blinks and "I understand what the website says but it's appointment only" I have had bad experiences in the past with CVS and have already switched all my prescriptions to another pharmacy but this was the last straw for me. I'll never set foot in a CVS again if I can help it. Go somewhere else where the staff isn't just trying to avoid doing their job by accepting walk ins like their website says they are supposed to, and where the pharmacy techs are professional.

Horrible service! No customer service!! I couldn't talk after the procedure and they want to me call every doctor not able to talk when the fat girls couldn't here me working there . Won't be back

I love my CVS store! I am in there weekly for the great deals and get all my prescriptions filled there. I save lots of money and who doesn’t like to save money in today’s economy? The staff is very friendly and always helpful. The store is always clean and everything is so easy to find…..I give it 5 stars!!!

The store manager is an awful person! I’ve personally heard him treat the employees and customers so rudely in the past 2 years! Not quite sure how he gets away with that? The pharmacy and the cashiers in the front are all polite and friendly. Such a shame that he conducts himself the way he does!

Friendly pharmacy staff. The store is usually understocked and sometimes it's quite difficult to find a sales clerk to wait on you.
