Very neat items and we liked the bag of pretzels we got and a pumpkin spice granola bar. I bought raw honey the store carries to from the vendor herself and it is excellent. We have another power bar to try yet, the only problem I found was the prices are on the higher side.

To the person seeking DF, GF, EF, and sugar free products this was the place to go!!! Yes things like this are expensive but at least you know what your putting in your body!! Very helpful ladies, I definitely will return!!!

For a small store, they have an awesome variety. Best grocery store in Bedford and really the only organic option. Local meats and produce.

I love this shop, it's the only one in Bedford like it, to my knowledge. But their hours are truly awful. I don't know a business with worse hours. I have left work early to make it before they closed and there was a sign on the door saying that they closed early that day... This happened three consecutive times in the course of a two week period. Not only that but they open later and close earlier than most other businesses in the area. I will continue trying to make their open hours because I like the store, but i wish they would do something, even if it's only one day a week, with their operational hours.

They have a little.bit of everything. All organic. Great meat and cheese selection. We get CBD oil here along with raw milk. They carrybsoaps and he be and organic foods. Now with a great lunch bar!

Lov the store i buy alot of my oils and beeswax there.. Management has always been rude.. And not friendly.. But the staff is very nice and helpful...
