They say don't eat gas station food..this is it. Cold, burnt with a condiment you couldn't taste. I had 2 hrs to drive and threw it away at home. I wouldn't even offered it to a homeless person, they even have pride.Who puts sauerkraut on like tinsel on a tree.They may have renovated this place, but they forgot to take the crew out with the trash too.

Kylie was so friendly and helpful this afternoon, April 2. She welcomed me as I came into the store, helped me order my drink using the electronic system, made the drink and collected my payment at the register. Thank you, Kylie!

I wanted to buy a Diet Coke, but there weren't any. So I looked for a diet Pepsi. None to be found. Gatorade? Same. What about a chocolate milk? Nothing.... I ended up going to the gas station/convenience store across the street (the one that has the McDonalds in it). They had everything I wanted to buy at Sheetz, at a good price, no crowds, and pleasant service! I will be going there from now on.

A 5/5 for a gas station, loved the pleasant smell of the restroom soap... it doesn’t take much folks 😌👍🏼 Restrooms were clean, well organized shelves with so many little travel necessities, food and more! Thanks for a great stop while on the road!

We were driving over 5 hours & decided to stop here to eat & get gas. The fries & chicken sandwich were awful you could tell the oil hasn't been changed in awhile also got 2 hot dogs they were burnt. Couldn't even eat any of it so guess I'll have to stop somewhere else to get food. Shame you pay $15 on food that you can't even eat. Out of all the sheetz I have ate at this is by far the worst! Never again!

Overall place is good. But the food I ordered was bad, grilled chicken sandwich, chicken looks nasty and taste really rubbery. Got my money back.

Jake was awful at customer service took all he could to come around the counter to wait on my husband & I no smile, very grumpy face,told us our total with a attitude no thank you no have a nice day nothing, last time ever we stop there better work on your customer service motto ?? No smiling faces there 😁 he deserves - 10 stars literally shame on mgt!! also his attire was very sloppy for being a cashier shirt half in half out long hair hanging in his face over his eyeshow about looking alittle more professional for work!!

I absolutely love the set up and the people are all so nice except 1 manager. Kimberly she acts like it's an issue to answer any questions or help you in any way!!!!! It's been an ongoing issue. Besides her nasty attitude early in the morning the store and the rest of the staff are amazing..

Gets my orders wrong occasionally. Wasn't going to bother saying anything until they put BBQ sauce on my quesadilla instead of Buffalo sauce. Seriously? Who does that? I love Sheetz for the convenience, and I work near this one, but am reconsidering my top choice for lunch after that experience.

I liked the new sheetz the first time I visited. Since the first time my sheetz rewards card doesn't work anymore. They give me a new one opened it up on the sheetz app. Of course it doesn't work. A sheetz employee put it on my app. Still don't work. Been there 6 times only received the 3cents off two times. If they can't fix it. I will not be going back to sheetz for fuel, food, drinks,or anything else. Been a customer for over 30 years. Very Very Very disappointed in the new rewards card. They are going to lose my business I'll try for them 1 more time to fix it and if they don't I'm done with them.

This particular Sheetz gets my food order completely wrong every single time I go there. It’s like they read my order when it prints out, but then decide to give me different food. It’s very very odd. I’m in the Bedford area for a business trip and now I go to a different location that has no problem making what Ive ordered. Do better. Follow directions.

This is easily the dumpiest Sheetz store in the franchise. Everytime I have ever stopped there for gas every single trash can at the pumps is overflowing with trash. Then the handle on the men’s room entry door is broken off and kind of repaired using black electrical tape which does nothing really. The urinals are also broken and covered with garbage bags so you can’t use them. I used to say that the Sheetz store in the Moxham section of Johnstown was the worst however now I would have to give this Sheetz location on Route 30 in Bedford the gold medal for being their top landfill store.

This is actually from my patient that I take care of. She's in her 90's and doesn't have internet nor a computer. But I sometimes stop and grab dinner for her as sometimes it's more helpful. Today I got her a grilled cheese and onion ring and fries as well as a lemonade. She was very pleased with the meal. She said that it is the best grilled cheese she has had. And she loved the lemonade. Not to tart or a lot of citric acid is what she said. She gets really excited when I bring her something from there. Definitely one of her favorite places to eat from. I think she eats more when I bring her dinner from here than when I cook for her.

If I could give this place negative stars I would have! The breakfast sandwich I ordered should’ve had salt but instead it was covered in pepper!! The bathroom was disgusting plus the sinks and toilets weren’t working! This is by far one of the WORST sheetz I’ve ever been to if not the worst!!!

Just left there. Had to get my food remade because they doused it in the habanero sauce even though I asked for only a little bit. Did it to my boyfriend's burrito as well, but he didn't want to make things worse. The girl we saw making it laugh like it was some kind of joke. Worst experience I have ever had at a Sheetz.
