I’m so glad I came here. The cleanliness inside, outside,and the friendly employees were my first impressions.Being my first time here,and navigating around the store in a new environment was easy. I had a couple of questions about the food, and was impressed with the friendliness and the employees knowledge of the menu. I was also treated the same way at the register. I also received my Rutter’s rewards card when I checked out.I will certainly be making frequent stops in the future.For Truckers, there seems to be plenty of parking. There’s also lots of choices for hot and cold meals. There are no showers at this time. I hope they get added in the near future. The showers added and existing positive points would make this a hard truck stop to pass up. Come to Bedford instead of Breezewood, no paying for parking or pot holes here at Rutter’s

Awesome place to stop for the night. Plenty of parking. The food is amazing. Had to wait cause a bus full of kids ordered as was coming in, but employees handle it like champs. There are plenty of fuel pumps for big trucks.

This place is MOUNTAINS better than any truck stop I have ever been to. The outside and inside of the store and parking lot is immaculate. Restrooms were clean. The selection of food at the deli was awesome. Everything was nice hot and tasty. Good portions sizes. And the employees were very nice and friendly.

You have to stop here if you're passing by. Especially if you're a truck driver. Smooth paved parking lot that never gets filled up. Store and bathroom is immaculately clean. Their restaurant has got a lot of options for breakfast and lunch. Employees were super friendly and helpful. Yeah they don't have showers but I can live with that. This place makes me hate Love's and TA

I love rutters, I just came here again recently and I was very disappointed with a managers behavior, she was a middle aged brunette women who yelled at a younger blonde lady working behind the counter making food because she apparently put to much hot sauce on my buffalo crispy chicken wrap, I love hot sauce so I wouldn't have cared either way. I heard what this manager said to this employee and it irritated me so I went up & thanked the lady who made my buffalo chicken wrap in front of her manager and said it was amazing & it was delicious. The manager wasn't happy I said this and expected me to be angry and upset about my wrap. Instead of being friendly to her employees about how much of certain items to put on she was rude and bossy it was very uncalled for.

Very friendly people,great food,a cat scale,plenty of parking. It should have 6 stars. I got a quite nights sleep. I’ll be back there again and I’m going to recommend it to my friends. I recommend building more of them.

Very good truckstop. Rutters is just starting to get into the truckstop business so, i don't want to post anything negative but, I will post a couple of suggestions. A couple of semi truck handicaps spots would be nice closer to the building for those of us who are handicapped and have placards. And maybe a few showers. Even that being said this is hands down the best truck stop in the area.

Food at this location is terrible. Four times in a row I have gotten bad food. Started with hotdogs that if the buns were so dry if you dropped them they would've probably turned to powder. next time I got pepperoni rolls that were WAY overcooked. 3rd time I got a cheeseburger that was ice cold in the middle. now 4th time I got grilled chicken wrap, it to was ice cold. This will be my LAST TIME stopping there. Its a shame since every other location I have been to had good food. Management needs to stop by and order a few things incognito and see for themselves.

Normally I do not do reviews but this isn’t the first time that I haven’t gotten all of my food. I had ordered a ham wrap and I never even got it… I just got my corn dogs and my egg rolls the wrap was like the main thing I wanted. You guys need to have people who pay attention to what people order, I get that you guys want things out quickly but you need to pay attention also have people who do not give you attitudes when you tell them you didn’t get said items. I don’t think I’ll be back for awhile because that’s not fair to customers who don’t get everything they ordered and it honestly wasn’t even busy for them to screw up.

I like this place been stopping at their stores for about 15 years. I just wish they'd put all the options back on kiosk like it used to be when ordering. I ordered tonight and asked for two items not on the options and they didn't put them on, normally they do. It just sucks that now you have to go ask them instead of it printing out on the order

dont buy fuel here. they dont have card readers at the pump, so you have to pump first then pay inside. then the card reader inside doesnt work. efs, no. visa, no. debit, yes. what a pain. never again.

Google maps will bring you straight here. Garmin hasn’t been updated yet. I Arrived at 11:45 PM IN PA. They had PLENTY of parking. 7 miles for the Walmart distribution center. It’s a hidden gem. Please don’t trash it. Yall know parking in PA has very limited. Try 8781 Lincoln Hwy. That’s the address Garmin picked up in the parking lot. The store is nice and clean no showers but ooooh well I’m happy with having a place to park and feel safe!♥️♥️

Cashiers are awesome. Parking decent. Store clean and options as well as dining area are perfect. Customer service at food counter, needs tweaking. Stood in front of counter with seven workers talking right in front of me and no one even acknowledged my existence. I just left

No showers is the only negative. Lots of parking at anytime of day or night. Very clean inside with lots of items. Even plenty of beer if that's your thing. Great grill inside with lots and lots of food options. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed!

An undiscovered gem of a truck stop. Prolly close to a hundred truck parking spaces, never more than 20% full thru Monday evening to Tuesday morning. Nice clean spacious shop with lots of goodies.

Very Convenient to the Walmart DC In Bedford. They have slips of paper with directions as it’s not in many truck GPS yet. Large paved parking never filled up. If you’re bobtail there’s a decent little Walmart and grocery store down the road. I wouldn’t recommend going there with a trailer gets congested. Similar to a Sheetz for food. Decent prices compared to the big 3.

I have a Rand truck gps and this Rutters was not listed. I was delivering to Walmart Distribution in Bedford PA and happened to mention that I needed a place to park overnight and most places were either too tiny or already full. Security gave me the name and location (see photo). They are only a few miles from Walmart. This place was fantastic. They are right on a river, the landscaping is lovely, it’s sparkling clean, the food was delicious (they have hot food!), and the staff were friendly and helpful. There were not many trucks here even overnight so at this point, drivers must not be aware reference the spacious truck parking lot available. The cashier told me that they are working on getting the location listed for truck gps. This place helped to make my trip here a lot less stressful.

Tried a Burger, it was not good, easily the worst burger I've ever had at a retail establishment, looked gray/green and didn't taste much better, also had a small chocolate shake, also really bad, very low quality but neither item was cheap together my bill was $10.15 if they charged me half that or offered me a free one I would pass, store look great well lit and clean, friendly staff, I'll just stop for gas, they should leave burgers and shakes to the fast food places, because theirs are just pathetic. Hope I can save you some money.

This place has terrible service, I get it was the first day and it was busy, but they made my whole order besides one sandwich, which was just two things. They knew what was missing, but kept doing the orders that people placed way after mine. After waiting 20 minutes to give them the benefit of doubt, I asked if they finished my order. They said they were waiting on my sandwich, then they proceeded to do Lord knows what else for another 20 minutes while there was only two other people waiting for their order to finally make the sandwich. When I finally got my food, everything was cold and I had to microwave it and it still wasn’t edible! I threw away almost everything because it was disgusting, the only thing good about this place is that you can drive right past it and go somewhere else.

Very good place! The food was honestly really good!! It is only the 2nd day they are open, so there are bound to be some mistakes made. They forgot our fries, but guess what, we simply went and asked for them and they gave us our fries no problem. Nice little place
