This place is great. It's obvious that management takes pride in the history of the area by the way they set it up like an exhibit with historical displays all over. It's also nicely decorated for Christmas.Bathrooms are clean. Folks who work at Starbucks and other shops are very nice and accommodating. Overall, great!

I went to Sbarro and the food was fresh and the customer service was excellent!And this little room in the back is very cozy but nobody goes there and so it was very quiet and very nice for me.However, all you have here is: terrible grease at Roy rogers, paying triple for tiny hipster food at starbucks, and doughy dough-dough at Auntie Anne's.But seriously though this place has a fly infestation that they need to abate. There's evidence that they're trying, but they need to do much much more.It's only 72° at the end of april. These fly catchers are on the window sills in the men's restroom! And this fly came to visit me while I was having my Sbarro breadstick.There's no showers, there's no place to deal with RVs, and the parking spaces are so spaced out that you could fit 50 more trucks in here if you wanted to.Meh & double-meh

This is one of my favorite service plazas to stop pennsylvania turnpike. It is always kept extremely clean and I have never had any issues with cleanliness or the overall.Environment. The restaurants sometimes leave something to be desired.But they are normally run by a third party company.So that is not in the control too much of the Service plaza staff. Overall good place to stop and grab a bite and take a rest.

Not many options out there when you are on a long road trip, but Katelyn gave me the best Subway customer service I have had in a long time.The place was clean, people were nice. We got e erything we needed.

Very nice and cozy plaza! Have good coffee ☕️ and good tasty food 🥘 😋 and have tables . Restrooms clean and smells fresh and have soaps and paper towels... we was surprised, this place very comfortable for small break in your trip. Hope here nothing changes.. we travel very much and I think we return not once...👌👌👌

It's clean. Well maintained. Offers all the services one might need on a long trip. Food choices going Eastbound include a Sbarro, Steak and Shake, Starbucks, and a convenience store. Staff care about the place and regularly patrol it, keeping things clean and organized. Outside there is ample parking and garden-like spaces to wander around in when taking a break. The dining area has photigraphs from when th e turnpike was constructed.

The urinals absolutely stink!! The smell is overwhelming when you walk in to use the facilities. Whomever made the decision to buy these urinals should be fired. I get saving money, but this is ridiculous!

The rest area, bathrooms and seating area were clean and bright. All staff wore masks. London Grill had signs taped to the ordering kiosks stating they were closed although there was a person walking around behind their counter. Subway had a line with 4 to 5 people observing social distancing practices. My son purchased from A+ who had a good selection. I unfortunately opted for Starbucks. This was the most disappointing experience for such a reputable brand. The woman at the register was unwelcoming my drink showed the name Carrie so I assume that was the agent's name. I asked questions about the available options specifically asking if there was any condiment on the Chicken and Bacon Panini to which she said no. Wrong! Not sure if it was some type of mustard (see pic) and the bacon was not done. I tossed it. The Blueberry scone was decent. The iced Cold Brew Cinnamon Almond had no hint of Cinnamon nor Almond. I would NOT recommend this location. The woman/Barista that prepared the food was friendly and personable.

Quick place to get gas and a snack/drink, conveniently located in a service stop right off the highway. Store and restrooms were clean, shelves stocked with a wide variety of snacks. Gas was crazy expensive.

Well I only got a tuxedo hot chocolate inside which was very good. My stats count for a dog walking area in which there was only a grass pathway alongside where the trucks park, I tend to stop at ones with a wide open area

When travel east on the i76 this place is always a go to stop for me, lotsof truck parking. They have Starbuck, 7 eleven, subways, auntie Anne's, sbarros. Clean bathroom also. The south side bound have a lot of construction going on tho.

Friendly staff and actually reasonable pricing for being on the turnpike. Restrooms we clean and in great condition. I travel the turnpike frequently to Pittsburgh and its always refreshing to stop at this Plaza. The East bound Plaza is managed also managed very well.

This Travel Plaza has a Subway, Starbucks, and 7-Eleven. I just got a couple taquitos and a quart of Pennsylvania chocolate whole milk. The place had plenty of room and clean bathrooms. I do not recommend the southbound side.

Excellent turnpike service area!! Perfect for families because of the family restrooms and tiny toilets! I recommend if you need to stop along the way stop here! All the staff were super nice and the place was CLEAN!! :) They have a place to sit and eat- 7/11 gas station with every item or food you could imagine plus there's Subway and Starbucks. A++

The atmosphere at this place was so welcoming there was so many food choices gas and fuel very clean restrooms and some of the best staff that I've ever seen.. I would recommend this place to anyone

This is not against the whole service area but Starbucks, placed an order, the worker in line behind me placed her order. I received my drinks, had to have them fix the Carmel Frappuccino and then it was flowing out under the rim of the cover, worker behind me got her drinks and food before my food was even put in, 1 of the workers was very rude, didn't offer a different lid. Got my cheese Danish out of the bag when I got into our vehicle and it had a big brown spot in the middle of the cheese, needless to say we were pulling away when I noticed and couldn't go back as we were hauling a camper. DONT GO TO THIS STARBUCKS!!!!!
