I’m giving one star because I was in there yesterday to get some crickets and I saw the kittens, 5 of them in a no bigger than a foot wide, two story ferret cage. A few of them looked very sickly. I also saw a leopard gecko there, the set up for the little guy was completely wrong and poop all through his calcium dish which the poor little guy eats out of. I wouldn’t recommend this place to buy animals. Only go here if you absolutely must.

Great pet store! Heads N' Tails offers something for every pet owner and has a very friendly staff who will answer all of your questions. Stop in and see all of the exotic birds and the large amazon pond! Five Stars!!!

Heads and Tails is an awesome local pet store. I love that they have everything that I need when I cant find it anywhere else! Prices arent the cheapest, but the quality is the best!

Excellent service, staff is always happy to help! Prices are comparable to other pet stores, and seeing all the live-in pets always makes for a fun visit!

I love this place. The people are really nice. I wish they had a better selection of fish and aquatic plants, though. I would buy them all the time but the plants always look like they're in rough shape.

The selection isn't great, but the most disappointing detail is the animals kept inside. They look well fed, hut seldom cared for and some rodents looked a hit sickly😢
