Very cool place to poke around. The old building is fantastic, and the staff is very friendly. The first floor is boutique-type shops, while the basement is a more eclectic mix of old and new... I did find a signed pic of Nicolas Cage, so mega win.

Had a lot of fun visiting Founder's Crossing. They have all types of merchandise across all price points. If you're in Bedford, it's a great place to visit.

This place is huge! The upstairs has a lot of crafts and other ready sale items. I bought some dog treats that my pup loves. The basement level has a great selection of antiques. As others have commented, the prices are sometimes very high and other times a great deal. I was visiting the area and wanted to stay to wander around more, I will have to come back to explore more.

This place is huge! The top has vendors creating things, and the bottom has antiques and vintage items. I spent about an hour here and definitely didn't see all of it.

Spent a few hours in here just browsing through each vendors "booth" and other items. So many wonderful collection items just waiting to be cherished once again. The staff was very pleasant and the shop was very neat and inviting. Not cluttered, overwhelming or hard to maneuver through.

I do not live in the area but if I'm anywhere close to Bedford I will make sure I stop at this store. The merchandise is displayed very well which make shopping more pleasant. It has a variety of different items. I would say this is a must stop shop

Worst service ever in the cafe!!! Used to love that place prior to new owner. Went to the cafe today with my son & his girlfriend. Got to counter and basically was ordered to sit. When she got to our table to ask for our drinks, she was less than pleasant, almost like we were not wanted in there. When she brought back our lemonades, the cups were filthy. We told her we needed a minute to choose our lunch, she rolled eyes and made a huffing sound and slammed the menus on the table and walked away. We were so insulted that we got up and offered to pay for dirty lemonades and told her that her service was lacking respect, warmth and she was plain rude. Her excuse was that she had ONE additional customer! Never going back there and don't recommend it to anyone! RUDE!

Founders Crossing is a very quaint antique and variety store but some prices seem high. The store has two levels and many items you don't find easily so we enjoy stopping when we are in Bedford.

Huge, multi story antique shop. We were in Bedford for a weekend and stopped here. There was so much to look through we would need to return to get though half of it. Also, these are genuine antiques not just hand made modern stuff like some places have. Prices are a little high, but it is worth a visit.

A recommended target for our drive through the area. Upstairs is a sort of country craft area where I got some FABULOUS!! Local Honey (oooh my)....and a hand made / dipped peanut butter egg. So - already winning. (it did seem that several booths were closed - but maybe they will be more "open" when the season - and etc - opens back up).Downstairs holds "booths" /areas of various antique/flea stalls. We saw both way overpriced and super deals and some just right (like goldilocks). There didn't seem to be any room for bargaining/price reduction. A few places had a 20% off everything sign. Spent a goood hour looking at EVERYTHING....your time might vary.Worth a stop in.

One of my must go places while in Bedford. It has something for everything! Really good place with different vendor set ups! Clothes, jewelry, Crafts, candles, antiques, pet accessories, everything you can think of! There';s even a little coffee shop inside!

I'm not really into the country aesthetic, so I didn't expect to find much in this place, but there's a rug stand with gorgeous Persian rugs for shockingly low prices. There were also some nice pieces of furniture for very good prices. Definitely worth a browse (though, as in many of these places, be prepared to plug your nose against the Yankee Candle stench).

Fun to shop but the employee was super rude when we asked if they had a bathroom. I asked here where the closest one was and she told me she didn't know. I paused patiently (because I didn't believe she didn't know where I could find a bathroom) and then she listed a few possibilities nearby.

They have a sign posted on the door about wearing masks (per PA state mandate). As a visitor from MD on 10/25, I fully expected compliance. However, 2 employees behind the counter at the cash register were NOT wearing masks (though they were behind a plastic shield). Then I noticed several patrons roaming the store without masks. I was in the store about 20 minutes and never saw any employee address the situation. Then 2 vendors who rent a space were putting things on the shelves WITHOUT masks! As someone who has had several members of my family get Covid, one who was hospitalized for 2 weeks and another who DIED, I resent those who throw caution to the wind and disregard the health of others. I was going to purchase some things but decided against it. I do not want to patronize any business that puts others´ lives at risk! No wonder PA´s cases are on the rise!
