I like this store. The store managers are some of the hardest workers I’ve ever seen. The cashier in front seems to always be in a good mood and helpful. That being said, the pharmacy has struggled over the past year or so due to staffing issues and a worldwide pandemic.As far as closing for lunch for a half hour, the workers deserve it. The pharmacy is a hectic environment.I’ve worked jobs where for lunch it was“grab it and go” which meant your lunch time was wolfing food down and going back to work and that’s not fair.I’m planning my trips now so I’m not going during the pharmacy’s lunchtime and it’s all good.I believe this CVS has improved since coming out of a worldwide pandemic.

BY FAR THE WORST CVS I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. the thing that sucks is you are essentially forced to use them. really wish we had a walgreens instead of this place. most of the people in the pharmacy are rude except for the one young man, and he is the ONLY reason I continue to fill prescriptions there. they also filled a prescription with the WRONG script for my mom that was called over correctly by the doctor and they filled with the wrong thing item, being there are two versions of it, and I didnt see it until going to visit her that night. they refused to correct it... and it was their fault. what if that had been a life threatening mistake? granted it was the same type of item, but it wasnt what was sent over.

Actually love the pharmacy and staff but have been trying for months to get CVS to stop the automated calls for my prescriptions. I never signed up for auto-refill and call in my prescriptions when needed. We get as many as 5 or 6 calls per week. We have asked at our Bedford Store and they tell us they will take care of it. But, just got another call. The annoyance is making me wonder if I should be looking for another provider.THREE MONTHS HAS PASSED AND WE ARE STILL GETTING THE ANNOYING CALLS.DOES ANYONE AT CVS ACTUALLY READ THESE REVIEWS?

Long story short..Sunday morning Feb 10th.. First time printing pictures off my new phone. I was having all sorts of problems! But what could have been a frustrating ordeal turned into a laughable one! I am sorry I didn't get your name but you know who you are- I'm the girl that just wanted to get back to Lancaster.. Thank you so much for going out of your way to help me! After about the 4th time needing your help you didn't seem agitated at all. More people working with the public should take lessons from you. Once again THANK-YOU!

Hands-down the worst experience I’ve ever had in the pharmacy the people were downright rude very judge mental I will be calling corporate headquarters these people have gave me nothing but trouble every single time I go to fill my prescription it’s the same BS I wouldn’t recommend this to my enemy. The woman who answers the phone is just rude and very very degrading.

The pharmacy was closed again. Only open 2-5pm on a Saturday. It's a 20 minute drive to find it closed again. Website has no indication it would be closed. This was 2 weeks ago, but my original review has wrong location.
