Levi is amazing and deserves recognition for his work. The quality is fantastic. My tattoo looks just like the design, he remembered all the little details and he was kind and easy to work with throughout the whole process. The shop was nice and quiet (which I enjoy). I truly couldn’t be happier and 100% recommend.

I have driven 5 hours twice to get 2 beautiful tattoos by Levi, and my best friend was tattooed by Evin. Their studio should be receiving a lot more attention than it's getting because their work is immaculate. Both Levi & Evin provide great customer service when going through the design stage & the day of the tattoo - they provide straight-forward, direct information regarding placement/concepts/etc. They listen to all the details you provide them and really bring ideas to life. Their tattoos look *exactly like* the digital art they send you (no photoshop-filled instagram portfolios!) And they're really fun to talk to! Clean, quiet shop just is the perfect bonus. My first session was 8.5-9 hours and my second session was 10 hours, my best friend's session was around 6.5 hours - time well spent!PS: that *one* negative review is way off base. Job stopper tattoos (as a client's first tattoo) aren't done by responsible artists. Each of my tattoos was less than $1000, so that's also far from the truth. I at one point told Levi we could do a full sleeve & he was courteous enough to tell me he's worried that with the pandemic, it could cause me to have an unfinished tattoo in the event they get put under lockdown between sessions. He *recommended* I go with the smaller, cheaper alterative so that I would get to go home with a finished tattoo.

Outstanding work by Evin Pfaff. I have countless tattoos some done by renound artist all over the country and the one she just gave me rivals any of them. Great attention to detail and a very considerate, talented artist. Do yourself a favor, if considering a tattoo, check out Evin and Levi at Clockwork. Have a solid idea but, listen to the artistic input from both of them.

I have gotten 2 peices done by them a couple years ago and both still look amazing. I would recommend anyone to go to them. Great work, very professional and one of the cleanest shops I've seen. Couldn't ask for a better experience.

I KNow they do beautiful work. But if you have anything less than a whole sleeve they’ll turn you away. I wanted to get a geometric shape on my hand and they told me no.

I was so prepared to give this place a glowing review but unfortunately that’s not going to happen. I reached out to Evin this year in January 2021 to begin a sleeve with her for March 20, 2021. This would be a process that would end up costing over $3000 (not including tip) and driving 3 hours each way that I fully committed to.Throughout the course of our dialogue, it became harder to communicate with her. She responded with very short answers or would not respond at all for days until I would follow up with her.I offered a few times to speak over the phone but she ignored my requests and our communication relied solely via Instagram text message. I knew this would be an issue because we were getting close to our tattoo date and details were still not sorted out.The day before the appointment of the beginning of my sleeve, she finally sent me photos of what the tattoo would look like in color, and she asked if it looked alright and if anything needed to be different. I stated how beautiful it was and how excited I was to have it done. But I was then honest and suggested that 2 things in the sketch to be altered. These changes were not drastic by any means. I then received a nasty response stating that she was sending my deposit back for our second appointment and will no longer work with me. She claimed I was too picky of a client and I stressed her out. (Why ask the client if everything looks alright and when they say no, you cancel everything? Especially asking the day before the appointment). I was committed to everything she drew for me and wanted us to both feel happy with the results.I was still set on showing up to the appointment for the first session but she insisted to not come in and to just "find another artist".This was extremely frustrating for me because I had waited 3 months for this appointment, repeatedly mentioned I was new to the tattoo experience and may need helpful suggestions and advice, encouraged us to collaborate over the phone or in person to let our thoughts flow before the appt, was extremely respectful in our conversations and wanted to clear any confusion either of us may of had.She then refused to return my deposit of $150, or a partial refund, even though she was the one who canceled on me the day before our first appointment together.To top it all off, she immediately proceeded to call me a “horrible client” on her public Instagram page, broadcasting to her almost 10,000 followers. I am not a horrible person for suggesting minor altercations to a very large and permanent piece. (Post attached below)She seems to be unable to be constructively criticized or critiqued without cancelling you on the spot and running with your deposit. I have honestly never experienced a more lack of professionalism from any sort of business owner and I truly wish this wasn't my experience with Evin because I had such high hopes for this entire ordeal.If you’re cool with working with this type of behavior, go for it. She was extremely difficult to work with and I felt like everything had to be on her terms or else. I certainly do not want to have permanent ink from someone who is so rude to genuine customers with no negative intentions. I am sure this review will either be publicly bashed or deleted, but the lack of cooperation and maturity really shows.
