Went in looking for one thing, then decided since I was there to look for the deck sealant I was going to need next weekend. Mary (I think that was her name- if not, I apologize!) was very helpful, and helped me get what I needed. She added that if I brought in the old can, they could make sure the new matches. I was impressed that this was offered. Service like this you don't get at the big box stores, and why I like to support the small shops. Will shop there again when I need something.

I go here in a pinch, prices are a little high but the experience is mostly good. I’ve only had once or twice where the staff was rude or clueless. Overall I’ll keep coming here when it’s necessary but mostly I’ll go to the big box stores because prices and selection is better. I do have to say tho I’m glad they added stihl to their inventory.

They have alot of selections but are very high priced. I buy 3 plumbing connectors and it's a $40-50 bill. Longs Outpost is my new go to place. I avoid True Value unless it's the only option.

I was pleasantly surprised at how well stocked their selection is. Carrying left handed screwdrivers and semiautomatic hammers is impressive enough, but I was blown away when I noticed their extensive selection of silenced nail guns!

Have always been pleased w/ this True Value. Have bought and rented a variety of things. On occasion when we had a complaint, the staff at this True Value were courteous and tried to make it right for us. Great customer service!

I went there on Thursday to rent a 40' ladder for a 24 hour period, I brought it back the next day but due to unforeseen circumstances I got delayed and was 2 1/2 hours over. When I told him that the extending part of the ladder was all bend and thus extremely hard to extend with the rope he just said "oh" and charged me for extra time anyway. Very disappointing!
