The woman working didn’t open the pharmacy window until 9:08am, even though their hours on the window & online say they open at 9:00am. I was picking up a prescription (I was notified by Rite Aid that it was ready for pick up) and wanted to use a coupon. She was so rude and told me that it would be 20 minutes. I asked why it would take that long if the medicine is filled and ready. She said because she “had to re-bill it” now since I’m using a coupon. She told me to call ahead next time if I didn’t want to wait… for an order that is ready?.. I wish I didn’t have to deal with this location.

i have always used rite aid as my pharmacy and for my children's medication for years. never have i ever been more displeased with the unprofessionalism from the pharmacy manager and some of the staff. hearing 4 different reasons why my medication wasnt ready to be picked up and all made no sense. as a medical professional myself, i understand the busy part of things and having to deal with insurance. the communication in this pharmacy has never been so disgusting. i will never fill another medication here.

I work with this pharmacy as a provider and as a patient. I understand they are going bankrupt. However, leaving patients to believe life sustaining medication is being filled and misleading medical providers by telling them to tell patients their medication is ready is downright negligent.If a pharmacy can't fill a medicine in a timely manner, they should just say so.

When you say the pharmacy opens at 9, that doesn't mean you come strolling in to the building at 9:05. And then START opening. Otherwise publish your hours later. I'll go elsewhere in the future.It gets worse. 1/30/24: My wife went to the counter today to get Claritin d. She was there before the lunch closing time of 1:30pm, waiting while the person in front of her was served. When it was her turn, the pharmacist said they were closed and closed the gate. Why they even have to close and can't overlap is beyond me, but this is beyond rude. My wife was the only person waiting. We won't be back even for cold medicine, even though this is by far the most convenient pharmacy for us.

We were concerned when we learned Beaver Health Mart closed, but we have been pleased with the service at the Beaver Rite Aid. We are treated with respect and have had our Covid booster and flu shots administered by a pleasant and professional pharmacist. The store is very clean and well organized.

For the first time I was denied a free COVID booster because of no insurance. Always thought folks charging for COVID vaccines was a sign of a scam. Still supposed to be free per CDC.

Two times now I have stopped to pick up a prescription and was told it would be $57 but when I said no and turned to leave, suddenly the price went down too $6. They had my current insurance info on file. This was for a very common generation medication.

Was there on a Thursday evening to ask questions about a medication our doctor prescribed for my son who has been vomiting for 7 days straight. This medication would help him, but there were problems getting it authorized. Ok, I understand all that. What I don't understand is why the pharmacy counter person had to be rude and snarky with me. Maybe she should look for a different job if she is totally lacking in compassion. The pharmacist too, acted like it was bothering him to answer my questions, wouldn't come down off his "pedestal" or even look at me. This has been very stressful for my family. We're losing sleep and missing work, and really don't need to be treated like this at some crummy pharmacy. Get it together Rite Aid. Look at your reviews. Your customers are angry.

As somebody who worked in a different location, I want to let all of the pharmacy staff know that I’m sure you guys are doing fantastic. People aren’t going to understand that breaks need to happen. They aren’t going to understand how busy it gets when you have doctors sending all of their scripts at once, how ER and Urgent care are always busy sending scripts in, how insurance can be picky about when to fill what meds, etc. Ignorance is bliss. You guys deal with so much verbal abuse that you don’t deserve. I applaud every single one of you. I saw that Facebook post and I wanted to give you guys a review that will bring your score up. If people only knew how hard and tiring the job is. I know how corporate can be. Heck, I can try to make more emails just to make more positive reviews for you guys because I’m sure you deserve them. Too much negativity based on people who are naive. Stay positive ❤️❤️ and I hope every person who goes to write a bad review sees this and rethinks how unkind they are being and realize they lack empathy for other people. It truly is a bummer how others think it’s okay to treat people.

I have been going to Rite Aid for many years - for my prescriptions, immunizations, vitamins, and regular store and personal items. They have always been very helpful, courteous and kind. I appreciate my local Rite Aid store very much.

I have been calling this branch for the past 3 days just to verify the status of my mother's medications to no avail. I tried calling different times thinking it might be busier, especially around 4 pm. But for no one to answer the phone for 3 consecutive days, it is strange. It's not good for business. I hope someone answers your phone. Your time is as important as ours. Thank you!

They close the pharmacy at 3pm on a Wednesday because of "staffing", despite plenty of people behind the counter. My wife is extremely sick and needed medication that we had sent there. I arrived at 3:02. Absolutely NO notification online or elsewhere in the store of an early closing of the pharmacy. Nice job, clowns.

WORST pharmacy in Beaver. You can never get ahold of them, Glenda is the rudest person I've ever had to deal with. I've been coming here for several years and every time they have to add my GoodRx and rerun it, then I have to go back later to pick them up. Why not SAVE IT in the computer?!?! They tell me to call before picking up if this happens and they NEVER answer. EVER.You need to hire more staff so poor Sam isn't having to everything!!!

Called to get a price on a box of insulin syringes, the Pharmacist is clueless, kept insisting on telling me I need a prescription for them.When I said no you don’t need one, she agreed and then said.. if I bring in my prescription she could give me a price.This is amazing, since I told her I don’t have one or need one .

I hate leaving a bad review, but this is now the third time I have bought something that is expired. The pharmacy has been wonderful, most of the cashiers are very nice, but they need to start checking expiration dates. Nothing is more frustrating than getting home and not one, but 2 items I bought were expired in July, this is September.

Always nice at the pharmacy. I get my prescriptions exclusively from this store and never had an issue. The front desk folks arent overly friendly, but also have never been rude. I have dealt specifically with Jamie alot at the pharmacy and she is,always amazing. Even gives my dog treats when we come through the drive thru.

Pharmacy team has terrible customer relations skills and treated me like I was some kind of junkie about a month ago. I usually use the Aliquippa pharmacy, but I dropped my script off at the Beaver location this time because I was in that area. My insurance won't pay for the mg my doctor wants me on, so I get the one mg with my insurance and the other one I buy. I explained this to the person I dropped my script off to and she told me it would be 45 min. As I walked away, I heard one of them say, "That's suspicious." I didn't have time to wait so I went to work. I called 1 hour later to make sure it was ready and explained to the person that I'm using my break to come pick it up and she told me it would be ready when I got there. I waited in the drive through for 10 minutes and it still didn't move, so I went inside. As I was waiting in line the pharmacist asked my name and told me that it's not ready because they're waiting for my doctor to call them back! I told her I was on my break and I told this to the person I was on the phone with earlier and was told it would be ready when I got there. I asked why I was told it would be ready and she didn't have an answer for me. I had to take my script back and take it where I usually do, where I have no problem getting it filled. I bet she felt real stupid when my doctor did call back and told her that everything was valid and true! And my script isn't even a narcotic! I will never spend my money there again!

I had a horrible experience with the pharmacy (as the district manager told me they have for a long time) with the woman with short dark hair (can’t remember her name) she wouldn’t help me out with my anti seizure meds since they didn’t have them available.. she basically told me I was on my own and to call other pharmacies which is insane to me! The front staff is also rude as well when you first walk in, they don’t even acknowledge you which I know it part of the job (I’ve worked for Cvs and rite aid) It’s a shame since it’s so close to home but take your meds and business to CVS in Monaca, very friendly and better atmosphere.

In the past few months that I have been going here the service is horrible. My doctors office will call my prescription in well before the end of the day and I’ll get there in the evenings around 7 and it will either still not be pulled off the machine or now the new thing is to tell me that it wasn’t called in. Which is a blatant lie. I don’t know what happened to customer service here but I’m taking my businesses elsewhere. I can’t afford to wait another 30m for a prescription that should have been ready well before.

Price gougers! Filled a script for ibuprofen, 800 mg, 60 pills. Not covered by insurance ... that's ok we knew that. Cash price $50! I turned down the script. Called Giant Eagle, same script, $15 and can possibly add more discounts!!! Rite Aid lost my business and I also feel compelled to spread the word.

Everytime I come to pick up my wife's prescription. I already got my phone blowed up with your ready alert to pick up the prescription. I get there and it's not ready. This rite aid will never get there stuff together. 4 years and it's a nightmare.

Most of the time helpful. Did experience embarrassment when asking a personal question in pharmacy. A employee was removing trash from pharmacy which worked in the merchandise area and chose to comment. VERY RUDE AND I EXPERIENCED EXTREME EMBARRASSMENT FROM HER COMMENTS.
