Lots dog food and for cats. I was there for a fish but wasn’t in stock. They assured me they get them in. High turn over. I didn’t see any dead fish so that’s good sign they keep the tanks up to par. I didn’t take photos maybe next time

Just stopped in to grab some more cat litter and the employee Cody who rang me noticed that I had a wrist brace on and offered to carry it out to my car for me! I appreciated the gesture even though I was able to do it myself it’s kindness like this that the world needs more of! Will continue to shop here and recommend to all my friends and family

Went in to get some fish and supplies. Phil is the most knowledgeable and kind employee ever. He talked, informed us, and educated us. He cared and truly had our best interests at heart. He also really loves fish and wanted to make sure our tank was ready and properly prepared for two new angel fish. He was fantastic at what he does. This will now be our only pet supply store.

I bring my dog here for the doggie wash. Very easy and convenient to use. They even have a smaller, taller station for the little dogs (which I have) so you don't have to bend over to wash them. They provide a variety of shampoos to choose from for your dog's specific needs. Everyone here has always been friendly and helpful.

I had made a purchase today or last night online because they were running a 30% off your online purchase (and it worked on everything! It said there were exclusions but I have no idea what those were). Anyways, I had purchased 2 bags of dry dog food that were 2 different brands, and 2 bones. Everything was in-stock when I had placed my order but today, I had received a voicemail from Laurie.What I absolutely love about any Pet Supplies Plus customer service is that they call you if you place an order and something isn't in-stock and they GIVE YOU OPTIONS! In her voicemail she had stated that she was checking with another store, their supplier, etc. to see if they could get the bag of dog food. I had asked if they had the same brand but a different flavor in-stock, to which she confirmed they did. Because I was donating this bag anyways, I had just asked to substitute it for the one out-of-stock and they were OK with that!When I had shown up to pick up my order, Laurie had came out of her office to greet me and thank you for my order. The young kid behind the counter retrieved my order, put it in the cart, and Laurie offered to bring it to my car and unload it in there:1. 47-lb bag2. 40-lb bag3. 2 dog raw hidesShe laughed that the young kid didn't offer but I have a feeling she corrected him once I left. It was a funny interaction but I'm so thankful for their great customer service at this location. Thank you so much to Laurie for the call, and for assisting me with putting everything into my car! What a wonderful experience and don't forget to utilize their rewards program/online coupons - they usually have fabulous deals going on every week that beat out the big box stores.Also, we do use their pet baths in the bag for our dog Moose and they're always super clean! The store doesn't smell either like wet dog - keep up the cleanliness!

I met the husband of the husband and wife team owners. He was super helpful and DID NOT TRY TO UPSELL ME.He gave me honest compassionate options for our pit bull and his sensitive skin. Customer for life. This place goes above and beyond to help you and your pet. plus the bathing station is amazing.

I really enjoyed this Pet store. They have a DIY "pet bathing station" and it was awesome. The staff was also incredibly nice and understanding. I brought in 2 dogs that hate baths so it was a tad rough but we made it through. 10/10 would recommend

This store is amazing! From the customer service that you receive to the value and quality of products they offer, this place has it covered! We love the dog wash station! For 10$ you can't beat it! They supply the shampoos, towels and aprons and clean up afterwards! If you want great customer service then go to this pet store! You won't be disappointed! The owner is amazing and so helpful and I just love the women and men that work there! This is the way to run a business! I will definitely come here for all of my pets needs! So much better than all the others!

The staff and owner are extremely nice and helpful! I will definitely keep going here because of the great environment the staff bring. I walked in not knowing everything I would need for my new puppy and the staff immediately recognized I was lost looking for items and they helped guide me through the store and gave me everything I needed. They even gave me a sheet that explained how to take care of a new pet and it had coupons on it! They did their best to find items that were quality and on sale or that there were coupons for. This is the best pet supplies plus store I have ever been to.

Really friendly and helpful staff. Nice store, clean, good prices. I just wish there was all around more knowledge taught of these small animals that are sold. Usually staff isn't trained in animal care, just selling products. They don't sell many animals so I just wish there was some basic rodent, bird and reptile knowledge. The hamsters had no wheels in the habitat for an example. All hamsters need sand baths and at least 450 square inches of space, the cages sold are too small. These things can change one company at a time. Small animals deserve a good life too.

Everyone here are always so nice, the store always spotless, and the selection is beyond compare, but the prices VS Wal-Mart next door for MOST items just isn't worth the extra stop. At least for my needs. Four stars only because of pricing, all else gets five stars.

Very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Extremely clean! Also, the self-wash dog bathing area is great!!!! Edit 2/8/22...the "friendly" part no longer exists. Neither of the girls working greeted the customers at the cash wrap, nor were we thanked for shopping there. If you don't want to be friendly to customers, find a different job where you can work by yourself

These people are awesome! Please help support this local business because they are so helpful and attentive to their customers needs. They always offer to carry out my heavy boxes of cat litter and if I turn them down, they still meet me at the sidewalk to take my buggy. Great staff! The dog selection is amazing. Cat selection is great but not as popular as the dog section. However, I have asked about a cat product before and they agreed to carry it - and they did! Highly recommend checking them out. Skip the stuff at Walmart, grab the 30% off coupons that PSP sends in the mail, monthly, and you'll find the price is so close, the convenience helps make this an easy choice.... for me!

The manager was extremely rude. We had two dogs in our hands. One large dog and one small. The dog washes were open. So our plan was to go set them down then my boyfriend was going to take our card to the front. We made it all the way to the back, set the girls down then the manager came waddling down the aisle fussing us. Phil the guy at the check out was a delight. The manager was a rude old lady who had no business being that rude. Sorry we don’t have extra arms to grab cards out of our pockets while our big dog is flailing around.

Worth your time to stop by!I stumbled across this locally owned business and was very impressed and surprised! The store is very nondescript from the outside, but venture inside and be prepared to be wow-ed.The selection of goods is impressive, as are the prices. The even have a self-service area to wash your dogs!While all of this left a good impression, what was most impressive to me was the staff! Every person was pleasant, said hello, asked if I needed help, and some highly of the work environment and owners. This was consistent from the youngest employee to the oldest. That really says something about the store and owners!I will say the experience that made the biggest impression was a staff member named Lori helping my daughter pick out fish. As my daughter was helping, the bag stopped from her hand and started to roll, spilling a bit of water on the ground. She was embarrassed, but Lori made it a point to take a few moments and reassure her that it was okay - all with a smile and the positive attitude. Lori sealed the deal for me!I would encourage anyone looking for pet supplies in the area to support this locally owned business before hitting a big chain. It was a great experience!If the owners ever read this - bravo! You have a great store, amazing staff, and are doing everything seemingly right. Thanks for opening this store and best of luck in the future!

The place carries a lot of pet needs, is very clean and organized. The staff is very friendly but their prices are extremely overpriced. I bought a beta tank there for my daughter and it was 17.99. After I left there I went over to Walmart and the exact same one was 7.99. I was very upset.
