I used to go there years ago they had very cheap cans of cat food that were dented and I'm a rescue mom so I used to stop there but I hadn't really been in there much in a couple years. I needed to find something to spray my kids and my home with an additional assistance for fleas. The whole process can be pretty upsetting for a cat and I wanted to find something that was going to be at least traumatic as it could especially for my older kids. The gentleman that was working was just the most helpful kind person that you could ever hope to get and so knowledgeable that if you didn't know what to give the animal that makes you smile you love he definitely will help you. This stuff he suggested for me was all natural no chemicals at least big chemicals it smelled amazing like citrus and even my older girl that has lost pretty much weight in her time now most of her teeth and pretty sensitive about things it didn't bother her and she smelled really pretty. I love the stuff so much that I went back the next day to get another bottle and I actually sold all out of it he was so helpful to tell me when it would be back in stock and if I could use any of the alternative things that said dog because I was looking for cat things and what the difference was he checked the ingredients he just went so out of his way I could not believe it it really makes you believe that there are people that should be working with customers that care even though it's not their animals and just really have amazing customer service. And additionally sometimes you may be worried that the prices to a small place might be a little higher but their prices were good. Love them don't ever take a second thought about stopping there.

My husband and I’s first time here since we’re new parents to a mini golden doodle and Matt was amazing with helping us find the perfect necessities for our pup. We love the vast variety of healthy products for all kinds of animals. So happy to live only a few miles from here as we have now found our pet store!!

Very poor customer service..my mom and sister used to frequent this store all of the time, today was my first time there. We went in looking for a brand of raw dog food. Went to ask the employee who only shook his head that they didn't have it, didn't offer to show us other brands or even a friendly smile, nothing. We drove 45 minutes to go to that place, I wouldn't go back.

I was at this place for a dog meet and greet. Pibbles and Paws event was today 9a -12p. There were a lot of beautiful pups there for adoption. Please help all shelters by fostering or adopting if possible. Also help by donating money or supplies.

They have a wide selection of products from small animals to large. Very helpful staff, even let me know they can order the chinchilla feed I was looking for since they didn't have it when I was there. Definitely getting more feed and pet supplies there.

Clean, large selection, helpful staff. I'm always surprised by the large variation of products this store has. It's large and you can bring your pets in. We have brought our dog in multiple times. The staff can be very helpful if asked a direct question.

Good place to shop but they don't keep their prices low because they are wholesale suppliers to many other pet shops and animal food and supplies stores and don't want to compete with their own customers. Maybe they should consider being a wholsale dealer only and give up the retail end of their business and sell their retail store to a retail business owner. Just food for thought

Solid locally owned pet store. They carry Victor dog food which was the reason for my visit. Had a great selection, good prices on toys and ample parking what more can you ask for.

I like this place as a quick place to stop for dog food or just odds and ends but something's they want you to pay breeder prices for and I just don't have that kind of money but if money isn't an issue this is the place to go for your dogs cats or other animals

This is a good place to go, as long as you have time to wander. They have a large selection, that, in general is well grouped. There are, however, some parts that are not well organized.
