If I could give zero stars I would. The absolute worst grooming experience ever! Lori called me to tell me my dogs were done and didn’t indicate that she had any issues. When I arrived she caught me totally off guard, telling me that she could not finish grooming my 16 year old shihtzu. She said the dog was snippy ( but was definitely much more dramatic in her description) she asked me to take her out of the crate telling me she was basically afraid of my dog at that point! This was a complete surprise since my old groomer in Bethlehem had never had a problem. Lori gave me a dog with an awful half finished haircut and charged me full price!! I immediately called my groomer in Bethlehem who said she would get my dog in asap and fix the cut. The only reason I changed location was because I moved to Wind Gap. Lesson learned!!! I will never go back to Classic Pet Grooming. My groomer not only gave my girl a nice cut, but she told me she had absolutely no issues with her and encouraged me to ask for a refund. I called Lori to share the feedback and request a refund, but she wasn’t in and SURPRISE, she never called me back. I have been taking my dogs to Lori for years and years. She and her staff are always wonderful. My current dog, Lacey, can be a handful--she can be nippy. But, she loves Lori. Lori does a great job with her. Lacey always looks beautiful when I pick her up. I have recommended Lori to others over the years and they love her too.

I guess anyone who can rent a location can make money grooming dogs. This Lady Lori is a mess. The shop is dirty and a stinky mess. I walked in with my dog & after a 3 minute conversation with this negative, nasty lady, we walked out. I was afraid my dog would have gotten fleas if I left him with her.Hey Lori, people bring there dogs to a groomer because we care about them. You should care about the service you provide. You may have at one time, but you clearly have lost your love of the profession. Do us all a favor and retire please. This way no one will make the mistake of leaving there pet with you.

Lori is the only place I can take my little fur baby and not have her do drama class when she's getting her nails done. It takes longer for my dog to go pee when we get there then it does for Lori to do her nails. And the prices are fantastic. I actually drive 40 minutes one way just because I want Lori to be the one to do her nails.

I’ve taken my dog to Lori for years. We are never disappointed with his cut! The staff is always nice, and accommodating to my crazy work schedule.I can not say enough about Classic Pet Grooming!

Lori always gives our pup the cutest cut and he isn’t stressed by the experience like he was at other, more expensive, places we tried! He comes home with a little mustache and eyebrows and seasonal bow or bandana and always looks so cute!

I called in to request a new appointment. The receptionist took all my info down and then when I shared that I have a golden puppy, she sucked her teeth and said hold on. She quickly returned on the phone and said, " we can't do your goldendoodle, the owner has a bad neck".This was my second time calling a groomer for my puppy and her response was very rude and not because she expressed that the owner has a ,"bad neck", her tone, attitude and choice of words was quite offensive.I would never go there and it's sad that their had no interest in welcoming my puppy for the near future.

I took my Morkie (yorkie/Maltese) in for our regular grooming, discussed that I want her hair left long like a Yorkie. I come back to get her & her hair is less than an inch long all over and looks completely chopped. There is no part of her including her beard that is even.Not sure what happened today as we had been coming here for a year!Not even sure what to say!

Great groomer !2 years later still hands down the best groomer around those two ladies really care about the critters my fur baby actually looks forward to going to get her nails trimmed which is never a traumatic experience here unlike the vets

Very nice, quick and accommodating. Had to get my dog's nails trimmed quickly so stopped in and they were able to get it done ASAP, and he's a pretty squirmy guy too. Will be back!
