On two occasions, I purchased fish from the deli counter, which was advertised as fresh. However, upon arriving home and opening the packaging, I was greeted with a repulsive odor emanating from the fish, indicating spoilage. In an attempt to salvage it, my wife soaked the fish in milk, but unfortunately, the odor persisted. Consequently, the next day, I had to return the fish to the store.

Great selection of organic, vegetarian, and vegan products for the area. The store is always clean. Plus, they have a Starbucks location in the store and carry wine.

1/29/2024 3:30 pmI'm here for the sixth day in a row at different hours. As in the picture. Old bread, no rolls, but rather it remains, three days old. Nothing changed..ohh new manager only.What for?Still highest bakery price in the area and of course baked 3-4 days ago...Again on the road again to the Weis.From 3 to 1 . Again old bakery . Highest price on " fresh" bakery section .Three weeks in a row, 3-4 days a week I tried to buy fresh rolls, bread, no chance. The bread for over $ 5 was frozen and still frozen, wet on the shelves.Picture from 4/12/22Inflation!:) 6 pack kaiser rolls $50.01Wow:)Update 3/26/2022Some progress! From 1 ⭐ to 3 ⭐⭐⭐From two days ( not a first time) there are no fresh rolls and bread. Neither in the morning at 9 am as it's already too late for breakfast not at 5 pm.If you are lucky enough to find fresh rolls, they are small and empty inside. Poconos needs a good bakery place. Everything fresh from 6 am.Thank You for answer.Your stores is well-stocked with a variety of products, but example- I don't need taping paper, compound, primer, paint if I don't have sheetrock:) So bakery is your starting, base point if you want sale butter, ham, cheese etc:)

THIS SUPERMARKET IS AMAZING, VERY CLEAN, GREAT HOSPITALITY, ALL THE FOOD AND QUALITY IN THIS ENTIRE PLACE WAS SUPERB, THEY EVEN HAD A VEGAN SECTION, WHICH A LOT OF SUPER MARKETS DONT FOCUS ON NOW A DAYS, I WOULD ALSO LIKE TO THANK THE WOMEN WHO SERVED MY GIRLFRIEND AND I AT STARBUCKS, ON SATURDAY MORNING AROUND 11AM DECEMBER 17,2022 THEY WERE INCREDIBLE WOMEN WHO LOVED WHAT THEY DO AND IT SHOWS, THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR PAYING ATTENTION TO THINGS THAT CERTAIN PEOPLE TEND TO FORGET,...BUT THE OVERALL SUPERMARKET HAS LARGE SECTIONS OF ALL DIVERSIFIED FOODS , WHICH WILL BE DISPLAYED IN MY PICTURES.. Once again, I had a problem with getting the discounts from the digital coupons. That wasn't the real problem. The real problem was when I went to customer service. Jessica at customer service had a terrible attitude. I wonder if she is prejudiced. I had to go to customer service before and got her at that time, too. I said to her every time I come and get you, you give me a hard time. Her response was not professional at all. She responded, "Then stop coming when I'm here." I simply told her, "Don't be here when I come." She is very rude. I asked for a manager. She told me she was ruuning the front. I asked for the manager again. Running the front and being a manager are two different things. By the way Jessica Im not dumb. Your response to both things made you think you was talking to someone who doesn't have a brain. She needs some customer service training. She has to be trained on how to treat everybody professional and with respect.

Once again, Giant had exactly what I needed. I drove all over town looking for specific ingredients and supplies to make my authentic Pasteles. Giant was the ONLY supermarket that had everything in one stop shopping.

Very nice food store I never had eat better Tomatoes in all America. prices for food and other stuff really very comfortable for all people even for me I see big difference between New York stores and this local store. Cheaper around 30% . I like the options for seltzer water and cookies. Not to many people in the store and it’s nice............Thx for your attention for us!!!!!!sometimes I Take my friends with me and they completely happy after Nice experience with this store again...... thank you very much guys

Great selection of everything. Huge store I had went to pickup instacart order for drop off and it was pretty simple and they were very helpful since it was my first time doing that type of order.

I ordered Instacart CURBSIDE because I have a newborn and thought it would make life easier. I let the store know I was there at my pick up time, 2 workers came out with my order, male and female. The guy told me NEXT TIME I would need to go in the store to get my order (with an attitude)I think that is bull... instacart has curbside spots right in front of the store and when you get to the store you need to follow prompts on your phone to tell them the spot # and description of your CAR! Right on the curbside signs it reads INSTACART CURBSIDE PICK-UP. smh..... I never had any issues before...

Right next to a Tesla super charging station is this great store where you can get fresh produce and even a hot prepared meal at the deli. The wifi is free for an hour and is decent. Extremely convenient to get to everything and the prices are more reasonable than most places.

The shopping experience was great, stopped in to pick up a few things and encountered Stephen at the checkout. He was nice.At the end of my shopping trip, I check my receipt and saw the store coupon for UTZ pretzels was not redeemed and waited in line for a courtesy desk clerk. A gentleman stood in line ahead of me and I asked him if he was waiting for a clerk and he replied YES.I turned back to cashier, Stephen, and asked him to summon a clerk to courtesy desk. A few minutes later, JESSICA S asked the gentleman what he wanted, he mentioned lottery tix and she told him the lottery closed at 7 pm and he told her he's been waiting for fifteen minutes.I shared that the UTZ coupon wasn't reflected in my receipt and after looking in the SALE flier, she told me the bag size I chose was too big. I told her there's a photo of coupon on the end cap and it was exactly the same bag I purchased! She seemed confused about it. Ok. She refunded my $3.99. I walked back to end cap and took a photo and returned to courtesy desk to explain the weight/price. She hesitated to agree with my explanation of coupon price vs weight. Her knowledge was lacking and her cooperation inadequate and then she blamed me for not wanting the product. After a dose of attitude, I asked her to summon the manager who appeared from the door behind her with nothing to say, just a resting B face. After a total disregard for customer satisfaction, I declared the entire encounter a lost cause and exited the store and reach out to whoever is in charge at this location?Management interaction is necessary to review the courtesy desk Protocol this Friday PM. This clerk, Jessica S is better suited working away from customers, maybe in back stocking shelves? 😂

Up and down experience depending on what's in stock. I'm used to checking myself out. Love the gas pts but I urge them to let us manage our pts. Sometimes I don't want to use the full amount on that fill up and yet I have no other options. Other giant grocers do it differently.

The personal shoppers here and their lack of courtesy and self awareness has made this place miserable to shop at. For us who still leave our homes to do our own shopping shouldn't have to feel second rate to this. Will stand in your way and acts as if your a nuisance if they must wait a moment for you. Awful.

As supermarkets are, Giant is one of the better markets to shop at. Prices are good, sales are good, selection is good, and the people that work at Giant, no matter what location, seem to authentically care about your needs. There are exceptions, but the bad apples are few and far between.

Probably the nicest, cleanest grocery store in the area. Giant has a good selection of produce. The meat cases are always filled with good variety and nice looking cuts of meat.There's nice wide aisles and the store is always well stocked. The beer & wine area has a lot of local choices with the usual selections.If you shop smart with coupons, you can get some great deals and earn lots of points for gas (which is in the same parking lot) and for additional savings.

This place is huge! Coming from NY, where we don’t have Giant but you will recognize their sister brand Stop & Shop. Very clean, aisle were wide and the shelves were well stocked. Staff were helpful, even though we didn’t have a Giant card (only a Stop & Shop) the cashier was nice enough to use the store card so that we could take advantage of the discounts. They even had a robotic cleaning bot? Which the kids enjoyed staring in wonder. Overall I wish my local shop looked like this one.

I Love Giant, they have a lot of weird food that I love.The sushi is terrible, to be honest. They are rude and unaccommodating. Giant themselves would probably do a better job.The bakery is great. They customize cakes nicely.We also recently had 3 ft heros made. The family loved them.The gas points help a ton too,and the free meat/lasagna at holiday time is very helpful.

I shop at this store at least 3 days a week mostly for fresh produce. Todd in produce is very helpful when I can’t find what I need.Update 02-01-24 I’m a very frequent customer and this Giant supermarket has no appreciation for its customers. They open at 7 but if you’re there anytime between 7 and 9am and you have a cart full of groceries you have to track down someone to open their register. I contacted the customer service manager and in an email exchange she told me that’s their system. Ridiculous! This is not a one time event it’s been ongoing for years. I spoke to the current general manager and he promised to fix the situation but nothing has changed. The Giant food corporation is too big! They are out of touch with their customers.

My personal experience at Giant was a bad experience, one of the customer service associates her name is Debra and she is very ignorant. I went there for service and she came off nasty which was disrespectful. Hopefully she learns customer service skills and learns to enjoy her job which includes giving great customer service to Giant Food Store customers.
