The owners are very detail-oriented and gather a lot of information to ensure your piece is a true reflection of your beloved pet (or human) who has passed on. They are very respectful in how they handle cremains. I felt perfectly comfortable sending mine along, and got gorgeous mementos to honor my pets.In addition to the specialized memorials, they make many other beautiful glass item. The care and compassion shown by TyDrops as they completed my order was exceptional! Maria was so kind and considerate in walking me thru this emotional process. She asked me to provide personal remembrances of each of my pets along with pictures so that she could have a connection to the piece being made. I am so very please with the items I have purchased from TY Drops Forever Memories. I first met Maria and and Beth to make necklaces for me and my husband with our son, Ben's ashes in them. They handled my Bens ashes with great care. They wanted to know about him. They asked questions and worked with us every step of the way. I absolutely love everything they made for me and my Step Mother. We lost my Dad in May and sent her ashes to make pendants and candle holders. After receiving the pendant I ordered as a gift, I'm wonderfully satisfied with the artistry and the beauty of the piece I received. I couldn't resist it when I saw the picture of the pendant on TyDrops website, but that didn't even do it justice! It's stunning! I noticed so much detail that I missed when viewing it online. It's truly a breathtaking work of art, very well-crafted and substantial. I know my sister will enjoy it immensely-it's perfect! I look forward to treating myself to a few pieces of my own soon.

I had a piece made with my cat's ashes in the shape of a cat face. It's so beautiful & precious to me. The ladies were so patient & caring when I wasn't sure what I wanted. TyDrops Forever Memories did an amazing job on the memorial piece they did for me. It was of a camera 📷 for my sister with our brother’s ashes in it. They included a whale with the pieces that didn’t meet their satisfaction. If I could figure out how to I would include pictures of the pieces that they did for me They are truly amazing!
